I received it very fast ! The product is very high quality and im satisfed with it!

I received it fast. Pretty unique and interesting product. It’s always on my couch. I also use it in the bed when watching movies.

I ordered the Couch Console as a gift for my husband for Christmas. It arrived on time and at a first glance it was a very useful item. I waited before giving this review just for my husband to prove me right!!! He is sooo happy with the Couch Console and uses it every night. It’s great to hold your beer, snacks, even charge your phone. What I love about it is that you can easily move it around the house. It’s very stable and honestly it really makes a great, original and useful gift! Thank you, Couch Console!

I've liked the idea of the CoachConsole ever since their crowdfunding days, so I finally decided to get a couple for my parents for Christmas last year. I ordered pretty late (17 Dec), so I understand that the products shipped in early January, that's on me.
At that time, I wasn't able to verify the package, so only later did I find out that instead of the two units ordered, only one was delivered (and that one was the wrong color).
I got in touch with the vendor, they promised to investigate and we agreed on shipping the second unit. Three weeks passed with no progress, until I finally escalated and posted a review. Almost immediately, I finally got tracking information for the new shipment and CouchConsole proactively offered a refund on top of that.
Now, I do appreciate that they came through at the end, and the refund wouldn't even have been necessary, though it's a nice gesture. My main issue is that a customer should be able to reasonably expect that they receive what they pay for, and shouldn't be forced to push and threaten repeatedly to get things resolved. My hope is that this was a one-off and they step up their game, otherwise a good product suffers from poor customer experience.

I was an original backer and ordered one when they had the campaign - received it back in 2021 and just ordered andother one on their website as a gift for a cousin. Delivery was fast and i am pleasent surprised to see how long they've come. As working in logistics i understand how difficult it it for a small company to be able to ship products all around the world. Congrats and keep up the good work 👏

2/23/2024 Update: After paying to return the product because they refused to issue a return label it took them over a month and me filing a claim with my credit card company to finally get a refund. They received the product back on 1/12/24 and did not issue a refund until 2/20/24.

Ordered 4 for Christmas gifts on Dec 7th. Never received so emailed company on Dec 22 if not shipped to cancel order. Emailed again and opened dispute with PayPal to get money back. They shipped item on Dec 29th that I had already cancelled and no longer had need of and now want me to pay to return instead of just never sending the items like was asked. This company is a disaster that certainly doesn’t care about customers and isn’t going to be around very long at this rate. I feel bad for all the people who put money in on kickstarter.

Ordered a couch console as a Christmas present. Item was delivered within a week but unfortunately was the wrong colour. Contacted the company by email, who requested proof of the error and then the issue was quickly resolved. Prompt, friendly customer service by email.

Must be a scam. Paid in full over 30 days ago and no word, no sign of my product. Regrets. Beware, DO NOT BUY.

Wasn’t sure about ordering - but there was a promotion so i decided to pull the trigger, and i’m glad i did so. I use it daily, but mostly in the bed. it’s perfect for keeping things all in one place - was looking for the remote through the bedsheets all the time before 😅 Ordered in sept 2023 - arrived in a few days 🙌 really appreciate this startup’s struggle - sondecided to support them with this review

Ordered one in Romania, recived it in a couple of days - love it. I use it daily - like the fact i can relax in the evening and have my drink nearby. also like the fact i ca easily take it from one room to the other!

The Couch Console is a really helpful little device! I love the customizability with options to swap out modules. The whole things seems to have great build quality with lots of utility. Their customer support is excellent as well. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

this is one of the kickstarter projects i have backed and honestly i love it. i normally use kickstarter for gifts and this one was definetely a hit. i really recommend it!!!!

I just bought the Couch Console and man, it's amazing! In my case, it arrived in three days in Europe. I love that I can take my setup with me between my living room and bedroom! And those cup holders are a real lifesaver! The sleek black design fits perfectly with my setup.

I purchased 3 consoles and received 1 of the consoles on January 5th, 2023. As you will see from the communication, they have never shipped the final 2 items, sent a false tracking link, and confirmed they processed my refund but they did not. I disputed with my credit card company and they sent a receipt with the first tracking number claiming it was fully delivered. The company seems to have some questionable practices since its Kickstarter days. In hopes they probably thought I would sweep this under the rug, they forgot about two major things with the communication and tracking number that prove they are in the wrong. I can't list it here since it will be under investigation as I'm taking the next steps to get my money back.

Hi i had many issues with ordering the product. I got refund and they send me one for free. The design is cool, but the materials are a bit cheap and they really need modify usb-c charger design. I would have pay half the price for it. This is an honest review.

Order 28912 placed 17Dec2022, never received and it is March 2023!

I ordered 2 in November 2022. Never received them. I sent an email, they sent an email with an excuse. It is now March 2023. I have no product and I have not received an email. Fraud in my experience.
