The shoes I ordered were terrible quality. Not as advertised. They refused to refund. DON'T USE

This is a company based in China. The Dutch address is completely false. I received very poor quality goods and wanted to return them. When they did finally allow me to return them it was to an address in China. I received the goods back to me as courier could not deliver to the address provided. A very costly mistake. Make sure you check everything before spending your money on this site

Essentially they didn't ship to the Netherlands, but they made an exception for me. Delivery took a little longer, but happy with the order!

What an absolute scam. This company is nothing more than a dropshipper who happily takes your money with no care for the end product or the customer. The goods I received were of very poor quality. Despite multiple offers to keep them for a discount, I declined because they were not even remotely close to that advertised. I had no choice but to pay even more money to return them to China, where they came from.

When I did, the package was then held at customs with the excuse that the correct paperwork had not been submitted, even though I included every document provided with the order.

In short: poor quality products, no accountability, and a system designed to leave you out of pocket. Do not buy from these people — it is a scam.

Would not buy anything off this website, you think your buying off a Dutch website and the product comes wrapped up in a tiny squashed bag from china, false advertising .. tried returning but in the end I gave up .. I would say do not use this website

The beautiful, fluffy, multicoloured cardigan I ordered from this scam site arrived from China 3 weeks later and looked like an old raggedy, tattered piece that you wouldn’t cover the tea pot with. Awful, awful, awful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! 🤬

BUYER BEWARE

I bought a pair of shoes thinking it was a European Company.
However, it is a Chinese Company with a Netherland address.
The shoes arrived poorly packaged in bubble wrap without labels, tags or any documentation.
They were poor quality and I immediately contacted the company to initiate a refund. They clearly did not want the shoes back with several emails back and forth offering alternative products from their website and to keep the shoes. I asked several times to initiate a return and for details but they failed to supply me with the relevant details.
I finally decided to send them back to the Netherland address at my cost and emailed the company to inform them only to be told that it was the wrong address and that they were therefore unable to initiate a refund as they should have been returned to China, but again not giving me any further details.
I realise now that I have been scammed by this company.
A huge mistake to buy from this company! It didn’t cross my mind to read any reviews, lesson learnt!

Ordered three items. Took 17 days to arrive - from China. Total value £195

We thought we were ordering from a German or European company. It’s not, it is a Chinese operation with a Dutch address.

All items were severely sub standard, much smaller than indicated, poorly and rather bizarrely manufactured. Neither of us would or could wear them even if they were the correct size.

An email to the supplier initiated a flow of back-and-forth emails (6 each way) offering anything and everything but a full refund. Such as - keep the items (they’re shit so why would we - no wonder they don’t want them back) partial store credit (never buying from them again) or a paltry 20% refund and keep the items.

Eventually, a return form was received with instructions. Returns are to be sent to China at purchaser’s expense. Complete with instructions to falsify customs form (Max $5). And this leads to another problem, to have suitable protection, the courier company will need to know the full ‘value’ who will then use this figure on the customs paperwork. This scam Chinese company have already said that anything marked as more than $5 will not be accepted and will be destroyed by Chinese customs.

The cost of the courier return, with suitable protection, is in the order of £70.

I now know what a scam operation this is from online reviews. Annoyed at not having checked before ordering. I usually would but I did think it was a German firm and I’ve never had issues ordering from Europe in the past. But - this wasn’t Europe, it’s a muppet scammer in China. £195 wasted - fit only for burning.

Luckily for me I realised it after ordering and cancelled my payment through my bank!
Thankfully I did as I just recieved the boots they sent me and they are NOT AT ALL THE BOOTS I ORDERED, DIDNT FIT AND WERE EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY!

The item I purchased was very poor quality and it was not possible to get a full refund. I was offered a 20% refund and 75% store credit. I will never buy from this company again and advise others against doing so

Should have read the reviews. Poses as a European company - drop ships from China. Terrible quality, no chance of a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Looked like a 5 year old had made it. Probably had.
Worst garment ever bought, after reading stories of returns, just binned it. This is a SCAM sight, would have given ZERO if I could. Please all of you AVOID.
The reply is a token gesture. I would warn all potential customers to steer clear of this cowboy set up.

Dresses arrived, poor quality material, did not match the sizing, so did not fit. Tried to return, offered replacement but had to pay delivery. Eventually offered 10% refund then went up to 20%, or I could send back to China at my cost. I felt this could go on and on so accepted 20%. Do not know where they are based very confusing.
