I read about this service in a travel newsletter that I get thought it seemed like a great idea. As I had literally just booked 2 trips, I decided to create an account. Within 2 days, I had my first credit! I got the email from the airline, and email from Jonova showing the 20% charge and it shows in my personal dash board. Great idea, I hope they are expanding to more airlines!

Junova rebooked me on the wrong flight
UPDATE: I’m increasing my rating because I reached out to the CEO of Junova, who inactivated the tracking of my flight for me and stated that they will ensure that the glitch that happened in my case won’t happen again. I do think that clear instructions on how to stop flight tracking from your dashboard, and how to contact customer service, should be available on the website. But I am grateful for their help in this instance.

I received an email from Junova that they had rebooked my flight and saved me money, but when I went in to look, they had rebooked me on a different flight! It was at a much more inconvenient time, so of course it saved money. I had to scramble to rebook my original flight (and that of my companion, because it was on Southwest), which took a lot of time and was stressful, and there is no way to contact Junova customer service or even to get them to stop tracking this flight. I can't have them constantly rebooking this trip on inappropriate flights up until the day of departure - my having to repeatedly rebook will cost me much more money and grey hair in the long run. Please Junova, tell me how to contact you and stop this!
