What a joke! The delivered flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered. They looked like a broom shoved in a box. This company is a total scam. Stay away.
They didn’t deliver what I order in fact it was a horrible flower looks very old because they delivered 3 days after my order! The first day even if revise delivery adress they still tried the first one even though I paid extra 7-8 euros and second day no news and 3rd day something delivered and was not even close what I ordered. Do not bother to choose L or XL they deliver 3 flower so it is a big fraud that I spend 70 euros for old looking 3 flower which has no similarity with picture. Don’t waste your money
I ordered the Virgo Zodiac XL bouquet as a gift for my mother, and while the flowers were fresh, I was very disappointed. The bouquet was mostly chamomile and fillers with only two focal flowers, and it had nothing to do with Virgo symbolism — the main reason I chose it. I later learned from Fleurop that their “Zodiac bouquets” are actually only color-themed and not tied to zodiac flowers at all, and that “XL” just means more stems of whatever the florist has available. This was never made clear on their website, and for such an expensive bouquet, the result did not resemble the styled photos and did not feel worth the price.
The worst part was the customer service: Fleurop replied quickly before my purchase, but afterwards ignored my numerous messages until I escalated the issue through Trusted Shops. Only then did I receive answers, which confirmed my concerns instead of resolving them. While they eventually sent me a voucher, it does not restore my trust. If bouquets cannot be guaranteed to look like the ones shown, customers deserve to be told this upfront.
I ordered flowers and a greeting for a birthday on 13.08.2025, to be delivered on 16.08.2025. Everything worked out well, the recipient was very happy, and the flowers looked beautiful. However, a few things could be improved.
First, the order tracking: it’s nearly impossible to know when the order is being prepared or delivered. The only clue is when you can no longer edit or cancel the order, which isn’t very clear. Since the delivery window is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., the recipient essentially has to stay home all day, with no updates provided by the company. The only status shown is simply: Ordered. Improving this process would make the experience much smoother.
Second, the greeting card: the message was just printed on a piece of paper and placed inside the card, rather than being written or printed directly on it. A more thoughtful presentation would definitely enhance the overall impression.

Ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday. On the day of delivery silence and silence. The next day a message from a robot that they did not find the recipient and extorting money for a second delivery. They had all the phones and contacts but no one contacted us. Didn't refund the money and stopped replying to messages.

Do not use fleurop.de. Sent flowers for someones Birthday. Fleurop happily accepted my address inputs and money a week prior to the delivery. Only to say on the day of that they cannot find the address, and if I want it to be resent, I have to pay more money. I had to ask the recipient if I had the correct address (which ruined the surprise, but I did have the correct address) and pay double delivery fee under duress to hopefully get it delivered on the correct day. I strongly recommend using another company, as fleurop.de are scammers.
The pricing for flowers in Indonesia was a scam. Fleurop charges European prices for a country where flower prices are less than 20% of European prices.
Do not use those services for some international countries.

Avoid these guys at all costs. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday knowing she would be home all day. I arrived back from work, and no flowers. 19:22 at night, receive an email from Fleurop that delivery was attempted by no one was home, neither wife nor neighbours.
As no one was home, the flowers are returned and I must pay 7.99 for a second delivery, alongside the possible cost of a new bunch of flowers if the florist disposed of the first lot.
There was no card left of attempted delivery. There was no details of alternative way of collection. No details of the florist. No evidence of any attempt at delivery at all.
Multiple emails to Fleurop have been ignored, apart from a cursory 'we will look in to it'. But 9 days later, no flowers, no info, no refund. Nothing.
Complete waste of time, basically stolen money and complete lack of customer service. A total shit show of a company.
I ordered a pink bouquet with some white flowers for Mother’s Day. What my mother received was an entire white, sad bouquet. It looked like a funeral bouquet, horrible. I claimed it. They offered me 10 EUR for the next delivery only. Disappointing. Never ever again. There are better flower delivery services like Blume 2000.
Ordered flowers for my 80-year old mama in Germany for Mothers Day. I live in Canada and don't see her often. They confirmed my order. Didn't deliver. A couple of days later I get an email "Order rejected". Reason being that they don't have a florist in her town. Lame excuse given that I have used them for many years, the flowers often came from nearby towns. My sweet mom didn't get my heartfelt flower greeting. This greedy overpriced company probably didn't want a driver to deliver a few kilometers away. There are other companies that will!!! When I contacted customer service, they sent a cold "order rejected" email instead of an actual response. Won't be using them again. I hope everyone can find an alternative. Enjoy the flowers, share the bloom, but stay away from this company. I will!!!
The flowers was fresh and delivery on time, but it didnt look like the flowers i picked on the site at all. No just slightly different, it was completely different type of flower and colour... it was kind of disappointed.
Despite writing the correct post code you prompted a wrong one that I in a hurry selected. I have tried in all ways to change that but it is impossible. I also selected the option contact receiver if problems occurs. You have not delivered and not been in contact with the receiver and it is impossible to get in touch with you in the mattera.
