Total scam

Total scam, avoid at all costs.

Is not upfront about (high) costs and sends invoices for work they did not do. No respect for customer.

We got the accommodation,

It was reasonably good experience a slight surprised was the extra 15% because of a settlement out of court I imagine because I was originally given a 35% compensation admin charge. All in all very pleased.

4 years - good outcome

Submitted the claim 2022, initially all ok, but then no response from the company after emailing several times. I contacted Tui about making a claim myself and they said I didn’t have a case. Then last week after almost 4 years of silence I got an email to say I’d won, I thought it was a scam. Awarded 1600 euros, received 896 euros. Fees a little steep but it’s 896 euros more than I had a week ago. Thank you.

ZERO Service. Dont return email.

Loaded all relavent info. Reveived after a couple of months an odd notification that a signature is not clear. No customer service. No option to change/add signature. Had written multiple emails and to help assistance and havent heard back after over two months of writing to them. Feels like a SCAM.

Woow!

Woow!! I was surprised to get the email from flight-delay.co.uk that the they have succeeded in securing a compensation for my wife and I from an airline we used which had technical issues while we were still in air and returned us back to where we were coming from and refused to compensate. They requested for our account details for sent the money without delay. Flight-delay.co.uk deserve more than 5 stars 🌟. You won't believe that they didn't charge us at all until they secured the compensation and then took their's from the compensation. I will always recommend Flight-delay.co.uk to anyone.

Predatory scam company.

Predatory scam company.
It has been over 3 years, now i get emials saying
'please confirm your address otherwise we will be fored toterimate and proceed following our terms an conditions.

Clearly going to try and charge me for nothing.
Never had any actual update in the 26 emails they have sent me in this time.
