My YouTube subscription has stopped.

My YouTube subscription has stopped working. I submitted a ticket and was told to wait 4 days. It has now been over 7 days and I'm still having to watch ads on YouTube despite paying the service. No option for full refund has been offered yet. No fix for this service. Their online customer service is a bot and when you try to get through to someone live, they just stop responding. I am happy to change my review to 5 stars if they either fix my subscription or refund me the money I've paid, otherwise they have scammed me and I will contest this through my credit card company.

Impossible to change pick up date

Horrendous after sales support. We were unable to change the pick up date due to a recurrent system error on the website. No phone number available to call. No live chat. Nothing. If they get in contact to help me change the delivery date, I am happy to update this review but as of now, we'd never use this company again.

Excellent communication.
Decent comfort on flights, don't expect Emirates or Virgin but it was good enough.

Sold wrong sized item, refusal for refund or partial refund or store credit. Avoid.

First time customer with Mainline menswear. First of all both the T shirts from Boss and the underwear from Boss were incorrectly sized and poor quality. Will never buy from Boss again. Now to Mainline menswear, no refund offered for the boxers, no store credit nothing. The T shirts will get a partial refund minus £4 delivery.

Trust me I've learned my lesson, stick with Amazon. Mainline menswear was awful.

I'd edit the review if Mainline menswear choose to change their outcome but they won't. Just please take this review as a warning.

Edit, what a shocking response from Mainline menswear. This review isn't "false" at all. The sizes bought were Large for the boxers, I have them laid out on the floor next to Large boxers from 3 others companies and the Boss boxers are tiny in comparison and as a result unwearable.

The T shirts were "XL" but laid out next to larges are actually smaller than many large T shirts. If the actual size of an item of clothing is significantly smaller than expected, then the size is objectively incorrect. Also having shopped online with Amazon, Lyle and Scott, Shien, all offer free returns. To deduct £4 for delivery falls below the standard offered by many other companies.

Very very poor customer service to accuse a customer of "false allegations" when in fact there is objective evidence that the clothes were smaller than the expected size. In total £70 was spent on 3 T shirts, 3 boxers, boxers return refused and only £31 offered in return for the T shirts. £39 wasted. Never had an experience so poor shopping with many other online companies.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the response regarding your recent order. I can see from the review you have stated the item was sold as the wrong size, however this is not the case. You made contact with our team initially simply to ask how to return both items on the order, we then advise that due to one of the items being underwear, that these are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

We do make this information clear on our website and this would apply for all customers. We would not accept back underwear as a return under any circumstances, either for a refund or for store credit.

I can see you have been advised to return the remaining item from the order, which we will refund for you on the return, however as you have advised we do not offer free returns unfortunately, our label online is priced at £3.99, or you can choose to use your own courier to make the return.

We do urge against making false allegations on a review online, as the information you have provided is false and does not fairly represent the service you have received.

Once again, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused and your feedback will certainly be passed on.

Very poor quality product sold

Bought an under sink cupboard. Paid for assembly of this cupboard. The cupboard has a gap between the doors and a scuff on one of the doors. I have tried to contact argos through Facebook or over the phone, they offered a max £29 discount (doesn't even cover the assembly cost). The Facebook representative just stopped bothering to reply after a while which I found unhelpful.

If argos choose to offer a more reasonable after sales service I'm happy to change my review to reflect this.

Awful after sales customer service

Our £800 fridge is faulty within 2 years of it being sold. It smells really bad even after it was professionally cleaned and left open for days. AEG sent a repair engineer who claimed he can't smell anything and the fridge is fine. They miss sold us the repair plan explaining that they'll replace the fridge if after two visits there's still a problem.

This is a lie.

DO NOT BUY FROM AEG EVER. It's overpriced rubbish. Our last fridge was £200 and was still going strong 5 years later.

Checkatrade have been a lifesaver

We bought a new property and had multiple tradesman do it up. Painter Decorators, plumbers, carpenters, checkatrade has been fantastic. Able to see reviews, contact the tradesman.

Every person we got from checkatrade has been reliable, yes we've had good luck but following their recommendations massively reduces the chances you'll get done by a cowboy.

Temi Babatunde

Temi Babatunde is absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable, approachable and got the best possible outcome for my grandma. We followed Temis recommendations, collected as much evidence as we could that she asked for and my grandma now has British citizenship and can come and go as she pleases. This was a complex case of a British overseas citizen and we had tried other lawyers with other companies that didn't help. The immigration advice service IAS and particularly Temi Babatunde were incredible and a huge thank you from us for getting us a positive outcome and saving us money wherever you could.

SCAMMED AT WESTFIELD NORTH FACE

SCAMMERS. Do not ever shop at this North Face. They sold us a faulty jacket. The jacket was in the bag for 10 days before we had time to return it to Westfield because it was too short.

The sales assistant at the till pointed out "problems" with the jacket. These were tiny defects that pre existed in the jacket when they were manufactured. They sold us a faulty product and then refused to refund the jacket claiming it was not in a re-sellable condition.

Eli the "manager" made the final decision to reject the jacket despite it being in an identical condition it was purchased in.
Eli was adamant that this jacket was not sold in this condition, despite not have any evidence whatsoever to prove this claim. She insinuated that the customers were liars.
She was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive.
We had the receipt, the labels were still attached to the jacket and it was in an identical condition to how it was purchased. We had the card it was originally purchased on too.
It has never ever been worn even once. It was still in the bag it was purchased in.


She is beyond retraining and should genuinely not be working at this store.

They have attempted to scam us out of £235. We are raising this with our bank, we will be writing to customer service, head office and will be writing to the CEO.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU BY SELLING YOU DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEN NOT ACCEPT IT BACK.

Joey - fantastic customer service

I'm glad I went with PC renewed as I was looking at so many refurbished websites. I had a chat with Joey from customer service sales at PC renewed and he was friendly approachable and very helpful. In fact one of the best customer service agents I have spoken to and a real credit to the company. Needless to say I have ordered a laptop from them.

If you're considering PC renewed then go for it. They have 4.8 stars on Trustpilot for a reason.

Ellen Cooper is brilliant

I have worked with 3 solicitors during buying and selling properties. Lawcomm is by far the best that I have worked with. I was assigned Ellen and she has been fantastic. I felt throughout the whole buying process that she fought my corner. She ensured that all paperwork was sorted and everytime a snag was hit during the purchase process, she managed it expertly. They have an online portal which clearly outlines the process and keeps track of all documents. At any time you can download the documents. She was very responsive via phone and email.

I cannot thank you enough Ellen and I don't think the purchase would have gone through without the hardwork you put in.

Don't even think twice if you're considering Lawcomm, just go for it and Ellen is a credit to the firm.
