I ordered from Roomix after a dreadful experience with another company so was feeling nervous but their communication was clear and consistent and the bed was delivered sooner than I expected. The bed is beautifully made and exactly what we were looking for. The only thing that could be better is if the parts were labelled but it didn’t inhibit my husband from putting it together. Overall we’ve been thrilled with this service and would definitely use again.

Never received the bed and after three changes to the expected delivery date was told that customer service didn’t know when it would be ready and were waiting to hear from the manager. Requests to speak to the manager made via phone and email have been ignored. I have now requested a refund and cancellation of the order but given the appalling levels of service so far and the other reviews, I am not holding out much hope. It is likely a scam.

Managed to find presents for all of the children in our family quickly and easily. The delivery was quick and reliable. Very happy with the experience.

The clean was thorough and went above and beyond looking after the cats as well. The app is very convenient. Slight teething issue with the instructions we had left on where to get the keys but fantastic other than that.
