Aliexpress has become a Jungle

I purchased some items from a seller recommended by Aliexpress, and since the listings were low, I bought about ten items. Since the seller wasn't responding and hadn't shipped anything after five days, I checked the seller's profile, which revealed he had 100,000 sales in about 15 days. At this point, I contacted Aliexpress support and pointed out that the seller was most likely a scammer. They told me not to worry because my sales were safe. So I did some research and discovered that Aliexpress sellers receive a portion of the sales immediately, while the platform keeps a portion, this way they can scam a lot of buyers, conscious that mostly of them maybe don't request even a refund because of the low amount or maybe because they forget to do it so it's a win win for both the seller and Aliexpress. This behavior by some scammers leads them to steal a lot of money and then close the store. How does Aliexpress reacts to those behaviours? Doing nothing... Over a month ago, I bought a sewing machine, and after 12 days, nothing had been shipped. I reported it, the deadline expired, and so I was refunded because of my request. Despite this, the seller continues to "sell" without Aliexpress having taken any action. Reports that they make you believe they will be successful, they HAVE NO EFFECT instead, so altruistic buyers are forced to write that the seller is dishonest by simply writing in the "QUESTIONS" section of the listing. For now, it's something that can be useful, but who knows when AliExpress will remove this option. In short, I recommend being very, very careful about what you buy and where.

Ho segnalato le recensioni su google maps per la mia attività che erano palesemente messe per conflitto di interessi o per abbassare la media ovvero, una stella senza spiegazione. A distanza di due anni ci sono ancora. Oggi nuovamente due con una stella, senza alcuna descrizione perchè probabilmente hanno paura di una denuncia per diffamazione se scrivessero qualcosa

12 days waiting for the refund from Aliexpress

I bought a binocular for 100 euros. The seller made a mistake of sending it to a wrong address (another country) or maybe it's a fraud so the seller puts the same tracking for multiple objects but he doesn't actually send them. I asked the seller for explanation, he quit answering. Aliexpress instead of helping keeps waiting for the seller to reply to the messages. This is insane... it's 12 days that i'm waiting for the refund and Aliexpress has even extended the time for the refund waiting for a ghost seller to reply.

Aliexpress waiting for the ghost seller to reply.

I bought a binocular for 100.50 euros, the tracking shows that it had been delivered in another country. I asked the seller about the issue, he replied he was sorry about that and he was going to give me back the money. Then, after few days, he didn't gave me anything back and doesn't write anything so I opened a controversy. Aliexpress opened it and THEY SAY THEY WAIT FOR THE SELLER TO REPLY.... This is ridiculous

Not good

The prices fluctuate like a wave in the ocean, I had a discount code to redeem and when I requested it it didn't work for what I was supposed to buy. It was working only for some s....tty old things or extremely expensive they decide. The filters for the air purifiers are really really expensive and I think not worth the price. The purifiers themself are simply a fan with a filter around with a small sensor that they make you pay for it hundreds of euros. There are more cheaper and effective air purifier around. The batteries of the phones last like a cat in the highway. The one I bought had 200 megapixel but it was just for a function of the camera (that you can't zoom when you take the picture) but not for common pictures or videos... The earphones are cheap and they show it, they don't cancel rumors and the sound isn't good.

The scam happening on aliexpress

Lately I bought a security cam and with the "black friday PROMOTION" i spent 49 euros. After a little the seller contacted me telling me there were no more cams in stock. I asked why then they kept the Ad on if they didn't have any more and they didn't answer but they highered the price of the cam. This behavior is common lately I guess. This way it looks like they have sold many many cams (there is a count in the the AD) and people are more prone to buy it... This happened at least other 5 times in the last month. Seller don't answer, they get the count in the AD and then the platform gives you back the money after 10 days for item not shipped. Aliexpress, even if notified of the problem, don't block the AD, don't block the seller, in a few words they don't do anything.

Mi hanno attivato il piano più caro ma con le stesse caratteristiche del piano base

Avevo il contratto da 24 euro al mese ed ho deciso di passare a quello superiore da 29 con velocità superiore facendo il passaggio dall'area clienti. Da premettere che c'era scritto che, qualora non fosse possibile installare l'antenna, non sarebbe stato possibile l'upgrade. Ieri è venuto il tecnico che ha costatato nell'arco di due minuti che la nostra abitazione è troppo lontana per effettuare il cambio piano così ha dato il diniego. Stamani ho ricevuto 3 email: una con l'avvenuta attivazione dell'offerta, una che non è stato possibile sostituire l'antenna ed un altra con i dettagli per il pagamento maggiorato.
Quindi io dovrei pagare di più nonostante l'antenna non sia stata sostituita e la velocità rimarrebbe la stessa? Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti la quale mi ha detto che l'attivazione dell'offerta è comunque andata a buon fine... mi sembra un paradosso... Tra l'altro, da agosto, compreso oggi, abbiamo avuto diverse interruzioni di internet anche protratte per due giorni...

purtroppo quando si effettua una variazione contrattuale il cambio del piano viene portato a termine anche se effettivamente non c'è un cambio antenna.
Pertanto i costi di variazione sono comunque da sostenere.

They made me pay for their error

I bought an order of 4 objects for a total of 63.89 euros. They divided it in 3 shippings. In the first package I received a skirt (that I never ordered) instead of a shirt. They asked me if I wanted to keep the skirt receiving a small refund of the amount payed for the shirt instead of receiving the shirt I ordered. I said no because it was THEIR ERROR so i opted for a new shipping of the shirt I ordered. Once the full ordered arrived, Two of the four objects were not fitting me good so I decided to apply for a refund, I sent back the two items plus the skirt I didn't ordered (to be kind and honest). I didn't pay attention for the amount they were going to give me but it was supposed to be 29.13 euros. After a long long wait they refunded me 20.61 euros so THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THEIR ERROR... I think this is really uncorrect and unprofessional.

Aliexpress don't give me the refund still after two months

I bought 2 extender with solar panels, after few months they stopped working so after long long long chats with aliexpress customer service, they agreed to send them back and have a refund of around 178$ (around 180 euros) since they don't want to give me back the money on the original payment (because via paypal was too easy) the kept on asking for bank account informations. I gave them all the informations they wanted but they find excuses not to send the money back like "the informations are incomplete" but as I ask what informations they needed they reply by saying my answer isn't valid and they are going to close the case.... what? the seller is a scammer that sells bad stuff and you back him up not giving me the money back after I ALREADY HAVE SENT YOU THE PANELS TWO MONTHS AGO?
I will ask my friend, that's a lawyer, what to do, maybe I can sue them and maybe start a class-action against Aliexpress because this is out of the world!!!!

Aliexpress is keeping my refund money for no reasons

Again it's a month that i'm waiting for the refund of 197 dollars for the goods I sent back. Aliexpress is becoming so messy and if you contact the customer service they open a request for another customer care that asks for the same things over and over... Multiple emails to ask always the same things. It would have been much easier if they gave me the refund in the original payment (paypal) but they decided to send a bank transfer that never arrived in almost two months... They are keeping my money and the goods

The negative review doesn't appear on the product I bought

I gave a negative review to a product for frizz hair of slow sunday since It didn't work at all neither for me or my mother or Friends... I was thrilled to buy that since I saw the thousands positive reviews and Just few negative. Mine don't appear on the reviews. I think they try to show only positive and few negative Just to make people buy the stuff on their platform or either they are fake because the effect of the product last just 20 minutes and the effects fade as soon as the hair dry out.

Aliexpress is keeping my money of the refund for no reason!!!

After a month and half from sending back the goods to Aliexpress, they told me that they haven't done any refund of about 180 Euros yet after asking me all the details at the beginning of august and a long long journey to reach the agreement. They keep on asking for informations, and they find every excuse to not giving back the money. It would have been much easier to make a refund with the original payment (paypal) but they said they don't want to do like that! They are stealing my money!

No money back still after a month

I bought two solar panels with battery inside one year ago. After few months they stopped working. They didn't hold the charge anymore. Few words: They are CRAP. I contacted ALIEXPRESS customer care and after loooooooooong tedious replies, they agreed to let me send back the items. I sent them back and they were supposed to give me back my money but they decided to give a voucher that I never requested. After many other emails, they agreed to send back my money with bank transfer and not PAYPAL as the original payment (ad more easy way) it was almost 10 days for them to aknowledge the informations of my account. At the end they said they made the bank transfer and told me to wait untill 20 days. Beside the fact that it doesn't take so much for a bank transfer to arrive, it is one month that I'm waiting for the bank transfer to arrive! Aliexpress is getting worst and worst year after year! I'm going to stop buying from them because it's getting awful to have a refund of valued stuff! The reply they give here it's just to look kind and present, so far, nothing have happened!!!

Privacy Zero

Ho comprato un sex toy dalla Germania. Quando è arrivato a casa, il pacco era palesemente stato scartato e imballato in un pacco dhl e nello scotch c'era la scritta REPACKED cioè nuovamette imballato e la nuova etichetta DHL partito da Carpi al mio indirizzo. I casi sono due, o il venditore ha imballato il pacco con la carta igienica e quindi si è rotto (dubito visto che fino ad ora non ci sono stati questi problemi) oppure i Signori di Dhl express italiani hanno una grande curiosità di vedere cosa compra la gente visto che certe volte può capitare che arrivino pacchi con angoli con lo scotch o toppe o rinforzi, ma un totale rimballamento del pacco non mi era mai capitato. Mi domando dove sia la privacy.

Awful Customer Care

I bought 9 months ago four solar panels with batteries inside. The AD said there was two years of warranty so, since the batteries don't hold the charge anymore since few months (they are crap) I contacted the seller who is also the producer of the panels and asked for the replacement batteries. After the proofs I sent them (that the light was blinking red after the entire sun- exposure so the batteries are faulty) They told me they can't send the batteries and that's all, they didn't find no other solutions. So I contacted the Aliexpress customer care and as always they want 100 proofs that the device isn't working, they ask to upload a youtube video or google drive etc... I'm thinking that they want to make you loose time and efforts so you don't proceed any longer! It's getting worst and worst year after year
