Cold Front is a component of Arctic Blast.

It can be purchased from the Shop for 1,600.

The wave expands out from the hero, reaching the maximum radius after about a second.
The damage and effect is applied to enemies when the wave hits them, making it possible to be avoided if the hero is fast enough.
