Vortex Web is a Tier 4 Spirit Item that provides Ability Range and Sprint Speed.

It has an Active ability in which the player throws a squid that pulls enemies to the center of its effect radius and applies a Slowing Hex on them.

It can be purchased for  6,400 from the Shop (its component, Slowing Hex, makes up  1,600 of the cost).
