Spirit Power
Spirit Power is a stat that increases the effectiveness of abilities and items. In addition to increasing Spirit Damage, Spirit Power can also increase miscellaneous ability attributes that are not otherwise broadly covered by spirit stats. Spirit Power is generally useful on all heroes, but some will benefit much more than others due to better scaling coefficients.
Spirit Power Scaling[edit | edit source]
When an ability or item can be scaled by spirit power it will be indicated with a purple upward trending arrow and the spirit star icon. The effectiveness of spirit power on a given ability is based on its spirit power coefficient shown after the spirit scaling icon e.g. 
x0.5. Using that spirit power coefficient, spirit damage can be represented with the formula:

Lash's 
Flog ability deals 60 base damage and has a spirit power coefficient of x1.09. In a case where it was being buffed by 20 spirit power, the calculation would be as follows:
The same principle applies to items. For instance, Tesla Bullets deals 40 base damage with a coefficient of x0.13. If you have 76 spirit power, its damage becomes:
In general this represents linear scaling, with the rate of increase being determined by the spirit power coefficient. In most cases, the spirit power coefficient can be obtained by hovering over the skill while pressing the Extra Info hotkey.
WARNING: Obtaining exact calculations can be difficult because the spirit scaling values are rounded to the nearest tenth. This can lead to inaccurate calculations when trying to apply the above formula. In general, it is possible to obtain good approximations of spirit power's affect on damage but exact calculations often require sandbox testing to obtain the un-rounded scaling values.

Map spawns[edit | edit source]
- Golden Statues can provide a permanent increase: +2 Spirit Power before 10 minutes, +3 Spirit Power before 25 minutes, and +5 Spirit Power after 25 minutes.
- Powerup runes can provide a temporary Casting buff that provides +15 to +65 Spirit Power for 160 seconds (scaling with game time from 5 to 40 minutes).
Spirit Scaling by Hero[edit | edit source]
Many ability attributes scale with Spirit Power. Certain heroes also have Spirit scaling on their stats (such as 
Haze, whose ammo capacity increases by x0.5 for each point of Spirit Power).
Most heroes have +1.1
Spirit Power scaling per Boon, with the exception of 
Ivy with +1.2, and 
Kelvin and 
Sinclair with +1.3.
