Neatly fitting shape. Black is sensible colour. Absorbency good for overactive bladder (not too bad but feel much happier knowing no minor leaks will upset any plans). Like the shape over the tummy. The coverage on the back is good so the legs don't ride up in close fitting jeans.

After a minor incident in a retail car park I spoke to a Saga customer service representative and an Ageas claims handler. Both were so professional, calm, polite and very supportive in a worrying situation. Very reassuring when I was feeling stressed. Many thanks to both of them.

Always polite and friendly staff - nothing is too much trouble. Own products are good quality and sensibly priced. I shop here a few times a week - sometimes a big shop. I can always find what I want unlike the other two 'leading' supermarkets where I wander endlessly trying to guess where products are hidden. I've been a customer in London and Leeds and many other locations. Always a good place to shop.

Fast delivery - quicker than estimate. Super sunny yellow sun sail - very well made and at £65, a huge amount cheaper than a bespoke shade. (We just bought the sail as we already have the fittings) This one covers a courtyard and is only needed for a few weeks each year anyway, but it is tough. Very pleased with purchase.

Good price, well made picnic cooler bag - I wanted something that would hold more than a sandwich and a drink but not a full size cooler so it's perfect for a decent lunch for two people or a small catch-up freezer shop.

Delivered by Yodel - who left the parcel on the front doorstep in full view of the street despite the website saying that they would take it back to the depot - luckily my neighbour took it in as I was away. I wanted to order a smaller size cushion cover but they'd already made a larger size so couldn't change it - be careful when choosing size. Colour of fabric not as on website - which is acceptable as it's hard to colour match, but actually it wasn't a nice shade. All donated to Oxfam.
