Resets the cooldowns of all abilities of the wielder, as well as all item cooldowns within their inventory or backpack.

Cast Animation: 0 + 0

Also resets all charges of charge-based abilities and items.
Does not affect charge-based items that do not have a charge replenish timer.

If the item is not in the owner's main inventory, its cooldown freezes completely, only continuing to tick down when entering the main inventory again.

On the first three uses, the item's cooldown increases.

Cooldown Sharing

The items listed above share their cooldowns;
Casting one of them puts them all on cooldown.

• Interrupts the caster's channeling abilities upon cast.

• Resets the following hidden ability cooldowns:
  • Invoker's abilities that are currently not invoked.
  • Kez's alternative skill set, even when currently not using that set.

• Does not reset the following ability cooldowns:
  • Rubick's previously stolen and used abilities that are no longer stolen.
  • Cooldowns of abilities acquired via Morphling while currently unmorphed, or his default abilities while currently morphed.
  • Doom's previously acquired and used neutral creep abilities that are no longer there.

• Does not reset the cooldown of Aghanim's Shard.

• Visually resets the cooldown of Tranquil Boots, but does not skip the broken state.

• Does not skip the fade delay for Cloak and Dagger.

• The "Channeled abilites require hold/stop to cancel" setting does not stop Refresher Orb from being cast while channeling.
