Disgusting customer service my account…

Disgusting customer service my account suspended because they say the nike airmax 95 trainers were counterfeit they were from Nike they were only released last week so they didn't know what they are talking about so they now have £140 pounds which they have held onto i don't owe any fees the money was from another sale they took the trainers off that they said was fake which is crazy because they have to go to be authentication agent so why would you list fakes spoke to some Irish agent who didn't know what they were doing asked for my money but there's a hold on it up to 100 days unbelievable they use to be a decent company not anymore less people using them now disgusting service and the person on phone put it down on me because she couldn't tell me why I was suspended all they want is your cash

Good cars but customer service…

Good cars but customer service absolutely dreadful booked a service which they contacted me wasn't due till November a mobilty service told them girl on phone I would need a courtesy car had hospital appointment got there for 9 as required took 1 hour in traffic then was told come back at 4 for car asked were was courtesy car oh we haven't got any i said i asked for a car because of hospital appointment and she seen i was in pain then said i would have to rebook and could wait on next booking because it only takes 1 hour for service just unbelievable this car as been a good motor but there service is bad from when I picked up wrong reg on car got surround by police in Manchester who done a t pac on us which terrified my wife who was driving and didn't drive the car for over 2 months would get a taxi instead they said oh sorry put wrong registration on car bring it in we will put the right one on and that was it service is disgusting just about money turn over

Unbelievable company send a parking…

Unbelievable company send a parking fine to me not correct name no such registration exists on dvla from 2 years ago no correspondence before from parking company got to speak to someone after 2 days of trying she says in very bad English I will check then comes back and buttons me what is happening with rip off company's I will report this as a scam to ico don't bother trying to contact them on WhatsApp it doesn't work ref te80006924 and thank you bla bla for all your help

Impossible to cancel subscription says cancel at the bottom of page there is no cancel very poor selling service not save no lookers at items waste of time and money

This is a nasty company asking for money from 18 years ago there buying old debts if you don't no the law they will try and open up the debt told them were to go refused to give my date of birth they have closed the debt told them they were breaking the law data protection act disgusting how they work

This company is unbelievable just got a message saying some message from us in July might of not come true about billing it is now September the worst phone company to be with still not sorted broken phone from 2024 can't wait to leave them no customer service no clue what is going on with there own network they're should be shut down how do they get away with it and they don't respond to anything on trust pilot that tells you everything

They have no customer service says they have live chat there phone contact you can only leave a message there email system is useless I have been trying to place a order for 5 days it will not go past

They have no customer service no live chat no phone contact email system useless shame as I have had some good deals but been trying to order for the last few days but can't get past payment just says check amount in basket I have deleted my account and set up a new one changed the numbers in basket butstill can't order you realy need to customer service your worst than evri and that is bad

This company could not get any worse no one as a clue how to solve a problem they just past you on to someone who also as not got a clue this as been going since 2024 there is no customer service don't respond to any reviews on here surely they can't survive much longer no one speaks English they have subbed everything to India no as a clue can't wait to move to another company don't join these they are diabolical the feedback on here says it all stay clear next day still no reply only offering me an upgrade unbelievable

Dcb legal specialists in robbing money…

Dcb legal specialists in robbing money breaking any law to get it got the wrong person over a parking fine I paid the car park charge but was told a year later the car was parked in wrong bay now they have put a ccj on my sons name who wasn't in the country this is from a year ago now want £320 have breached data protection rules I have contacted ombudsman over this send emails to there company address no reply just waiting on balifs or debt collectors as they really are can't wait should be put in front of a judge scumbags

Parcel stuck in locker

I have posted parcel bleak hill St helens morrisons mon it is still there had problems with locker posted other parcels they have gone and are tracking H00IAA1734267021 is parcel still not moved tried to contact your Web page waste of time your customer service will never change because you have none same again you cannot get a response thanks for robot replies the parcel is in the locker just collect it
