this pattern is legit, i managed to get my hands on a physical copy a few years ago and made myself a Detective Pikachu. the only note i have is that the eye and nose placement on the pattern seems to be off. it didn’t seem to match the cover pic, so i just placed them where i thought they looked good (although i still didn’t get it perfect) otherwise it’s a great vintage chubbychu pattern!

Your employer can contact Microsoft (or a Microsoft partner, like CDW) and purchase Win10 LTSC (Long Term Support Contract) licences that will keep Windows 10 patched & updated until 2032. Expect to pay between $200-$300 per license, depending on volume.
The wrinkle is you can’t update a regular pro/enterprise Win10 to LTSC. It’s gotta be a clean install, which means reinstalling all your software & files. But it works, is 100% safe, and highly recommended.
