Broken locker in Woking and no support
Booked a locker collection in Woking. Arrived at the given time to find a note written in sharpie on the locker saying it is broken and to call the helpline. Tried to call 5 times and got no answer so went home. tried to call again at home to complain and got a voicemail. Not enough support available - left me very frustrated.

Super fast delivery and the delivery guy was very helpful and courteous. Carried all the heavy parcels into the house made sure they were all in good condition. Highly recommend service
It’s the worst thing in the world
It’s the worst thing in the world. I’m sitting here 2 hours away from my house for the past 2 hours waiting for someone to drop my collection off! It said 2-10 I’m got here at 2 and can’t get through to anyone it’s now 4pm and still waiting
Abysmal
Appauling. If Amazon can do it, how hard can it be? We didn't recieve a locker code email before the pick up window as stated. We called the helpline number 10 times, we waited on hold for 6 minutes, the voicemail inbox is full and the online chat doesn't work. We finally got through to one person who said the delivery driver was late so to wait 15 mins and it would be ready. So send an email advising that then.. Lots of 1 stars reviews, IKEA won't be using them for much longer..
40 minutes wait later, we called again with no response. We went to leave, then recieved our email code.. Drove back and the locker was empty. You can't make it up!!
Luckily we spoke to a nice man unloading his locker who had our order in his box!! Only 1 of his locker doors worked so he had to climb into his top locker and get it! Imagine getting stuck inside! So obviously our "delivery driver" wasn't on the way?!
At least it'll make a good story..? Don't waste your time!!

An unmitigated sh*tshow! Received the email to collect, my locker has a sign on it saying it is broken and to call the number. Just get put through to a full mailbox. There are open lockers with other people’s things here. Do not bother what a terrible company
DO NOT USE!
I was given a 4–9pm collection slot and received confirmation that my item was ready for collection. I drove around 25 minutes to the site, only to discover that no access codes had been sent, meaning I could not collect the item at all. I tried calling the support number provided but the mailbox was full, so there was no way to get help.
The access codes were eventually sent after 6pm, almost halfway through my collection window. I was unable to return that evening, so I made a second trip the following morning. When I arrived, the codes provided still did not allow access through the gate to the area containing the Shift collection boxes. As a result, I was once again unable to collect my item.
In total, I made two separate trips, wasted a significant amount of time, and still could not collect the item due to issues entirely outside of my control. I am now waiting for Shift to propose a resolution.
This experience has been extremely inconvenient and poorly handled, with no effective customer support available when it was needed.

No delivery and zero communication
No delivery and zero communication. Very frustrating as there is also no way of actually contacting the customer service team. Information advertised on their website didn’t work. Their webchat gives errors and their emergency phone number just rings through to an automated number which eventually ends in a voicemail. Their email on their website also simply bounces back.
I would avoid this company at all cost.
I had to phone Ikea and they graciously refunded me my order. But this company let themselves down.
I would not use or recommend them.

Utterly useless Shift Collect
Utterly useless Shift Collect. I think that there is a superfluous 'F' in their name. Round trip of 30 miles to collect my item.
Followed instructions to the letter. Both lockers failed to open. Called the HelpLine only to be put through to voicemail which is pretty pointless. Clearly I was not the only one having problems as VoiceMail was full!
So wasted journey. I suggest avoiding using SHIfT COLLECT.

I wouldn’t even give one star. I bought furnitures from Greenwich IKEA and left them to SHIFT for a next day delivery. Next day, a delivery attempt is made but only one trolley of my items is delivered. I have tried to contact shift but neither their website works properly or they have a proper contact number/email. At the end of the day I had to go back to IKEA to sort it out and IKEA manager was able to contact them. They called me and arranged an another delivery for next day for other items. They have made the delivery but one of my items is still missing. I have tried to contact them but as I said before they don’t have a proper contact number. I went to IKEA again for the issue and there was a SHIFT guy on the self service area. I have spoke with him about this matter and he said he would help me. They have emailed me that all the items are delivered. But they never delivered one of my item. It was so frustrating. Don’t use this company at all.

It’s my first time using this service that benefits my health level when I do not need to use my heavy strength to transport my purchased items. Despite the mini errors of communication between me and Ikea driver as a delivery man, my purchased items arrived on time without having any issues.
