I have had so many problems

I have had so many problems with Revolut, the most recent was they refused a payment, no reason money there, $600. In chat they apologised saying they had an aggressive policy. After several exchanges where the wording and apologies get sickeningly irritating, I asked if it was a person or AI as they had sent me the WRONG links on how to do stuff. You deserve 0 not even one star as it’s…..AI
They’ve asked for more info sadly I can’t upload the images here of the apologies on the chat for wrong links sent as proof
One day humans won’t gafe jobs due to crap Ai which I pay premium for

This company disgust me

This company disgust me. I rang orange English line to visit USA a year. The lady told me to buy three packs in advance. I got to the USA and had 172e charges in two days. I called and spoke to an Algerian whose French was too difficult to understand. I emailed the ceo directly and her assistant called me offering to correct the three packs by taking them off and refunding. I added the correct t pack at 49.99 but gave had no refund. Ten years a client and just ripped off.

No confidence in this dealership

I have a European Motorhome in the USA and the Truma heater is playing up, do I went in as they are on the Truma N America approved repair list. The lady pointed to all her certificates and said we haven’t a qualified technicien actually advising me to return to Europe (in 20 months ) and get it repaired. It’s freezing here et the moment with snow!! Then she said wait spoke to her technicien who said he knew about the heater and would take a look! No thanks I left wasted an hour and have no confidence at all after they exchange

Very disappointed with cleanliness

Very disappointed with this chain of gyms. I joined as travelling USA in RV for showers. Been to a fair few and all I can say is it disgusting.
Seguin Texas drains stank and there were those black drain moth flies all over the walls about 200 told staff merely shrugged.
The showers are not strong, most do smell and arent clean
Waco Texas didn’t even have a hairdryer. The lad on reception said he’d never had anyone ask! I have never been to a gym in uk Europe that hasn’t had one and most of yours do
I have to say I’m highly unimpressed
It’s freezing snow here in Waco and I’ve had to walk out with wet hair, very unhappy and if it wasn’t for a case of needing showers then I’d quit
What a disgraceful response, it’s for YOU to send a test customer in from Corporate, it’s for YoU to reach out to the Manager, NOT for me to return 300 miles as I move around and tell the manager. You are clearly not interested and shirking your responsibility to clients health, I’ve raised issues that could make people ill, I’m disgusted and will look at YMCA’s who have pools instead. Not good enough

the most stupid people to deal with

Possibly the most stupid people I’ve ever spoken to. I shipped my German Motorhome to the USA and the heater stopped rifling throwing up codes. I called Truma N America and travelled from Baltimore to Florida 1,500 miles near Lakeland called expecting them to say go see them. I was told only “Indiana had the tools and knowledge, 3,000 miles away with snow! In Texas I found a woman whose RV repairer repaired her Truma, American van with same unit as mine and ordered a circuit board which came from Great Britain. It’s winter I’m frozen and I should gage been given a reputable repairer. I called this ladies RV repairer who confirmed Truma were indeed difficult if not stupid to deal with. I will see him in a few werksssbc pray he can help me as I am here for another ten months, tonight it’s -7c and no heater no hot water throwing up same codes is like car camping but in a 90,000e van. I’m furious. How can a company be so stupid arrogant and words fail me because this product can clearly be repaired here, their score and peoples’ experiences reflect their incompetence clearly

Refunds never honoured

So huge they don’t care about you, the messages are clearly not even a person. Dishonest and disgusting, they offered me a refund if 89e I never received this. I messaged back and just get the same response
“I'm sorry for the frustration—system limitations refer to technical restrictions that prevent me from issuing the credit at this time. How else can I assist you with your Starlink service?”
Then today they offers me a credit and in the same conversation state
“I apologize for not fulfilling the promise earlier due to the system issue—I'll issue the 89€ courtesy credit to your account now. I'm sorry, but I'm unable to issue the credit at this time due to system limitations. How else can I assist you with your Starlink service?“
Absolute repulsive company
Beware well you can see how you’ll be treated by their 2.4 rating on here

Phones they sell not reputable I…

Disgusted they promised on here that I would be contacted by the CEO after I emailed perso all, sold an apple phone with a non apple SIM card no number on it and broken points and they gave ignored my complaint.
I hate received a reply from ombudsman and will proceed to court. Beware

Dont buy a used phone from this company

Dont buy a used phone from this company. I paid a lot of money for a perfect iPhone 14 a year ago, ne er used it kept it to go to the USA as a spare. Broke my 11 and put sim in their phone. No sim went to a phone shop who said the points inside are damaged but worse still the dim holder beats no Apple number and is obviously not an Apple sim. Phones useless out of warranty, had to buy a phone in USA, I’m furious and emailed the ceo
This phone was mis sold and not fit for purpose, if the ceo won’t refund I will write to the ombudsman and go to the Uk small claims court for resolution
This is disgusting

Revolut disgust me

Revolut disgust me, their chat just apologies for their incompetence. Tonight they refused $300 to a reputable company three times and excuses it “as an aggressive policy they need to review” I’ve ne er had a days issue with TransferWise but this company are beyond incompetent, the links they post in chat often don’t work, they witter in apologetically and when you ask for a goodwill guesture for their incompetence you get nothing. I have no idea how this company states its best provider 2025 it’s Pityful. I rang the English line and states I was in the USA a year. The woman was rude sold me the wrong pack and at airport in USA data was blocked and I’ve spent the start of my holiday arguing with a rude Algerian call handler over a refund of 60e bill I wracked up in a few hours instead of 49.99e unlimited. I still can’t find the pack he set up in m account and now have to ri g back and I fully intend to make a complaint. I’m scared to use my phone and I need it for Tom Tom directions and TV. What a total Nightmare this horrid disrespectful company is

Just about the worst app I’ve ever…

Just about the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve used wise four years without a glitch. I got a Revolut card after three months of then failing to agree my ID.
Now loading money appears to have a glitch so you think don’t worry I’ll contact customer chat. What a nightmare after saying sorry one hundred times they attach links and it doesn’t show currency, so you follow instructions going round and round and an hour later after more wrong links witg currency not added to buy sell list despite having the accounts open I’ve given up And I’ll use Wise. I don’t recommend this

Help I’ve been abandoned …

After Charlie contacting me on here from social media concerned I suppose for their ratings…. She called called and after an hour onto the fraud team HSBC have accepted this is a serious complaint. I can’t add money to Revolut and neither can I pay Revolut from my accounts a transfer. The funds are there, it’s not blocked and nothing I can do gets this payment sent. Three days wasted approximately 12 hours, 15 refused transactions for a pityful 2,300 quid. No idea how I’ll get my money on this card from my bank to live for a year in the USA. This is criminal I want to transfer my money and now they don’t even call back because they can’t resolve some chronic technical
Glitch. Tin for the hills use another bank, I’m trapped as an expat because Barclays closed my account after 45 years post Brexit , all emails to Charlie now go unanswered I guess someone from complaints will call as their CEO can’t be bothered to reply to an email i sent him , I wonder if the ceo of HSBC would like to be trapped in USA a year without access to his money

This bank is beyond incompetent

This bank is beyond incompetent. My first bad experience was unbelievable yiu couldnt make it up. I lost my phone panicked and called. I was taken throgh no security whatsoever and they confirmed my money was safe. At that realisation I asked why they hadn’t confirmed my identity and asked to report the issue to management. The guy pretended to put me through then listened and pretended he would discipline the person! Himself. When I caught him out and reported the issue to the CEO it was investigated and I was told they wouldn’t sack him but retrain him! They were horrified and tgst call being uppermost in my mind I got a call at the weekend querying a mere 2,300 transfer which they’ve now reversed because I ended the call because I didn’t like the operators manner. Something about the call was off. It seems their call centre staff are inadequate and now I have all this aggro because all I did was transfer money to my own verified accounts and having passed security and confirmed I wasn’t made to do it by a third party I now clearly have to waste my time calling to get this fixed. Once I’ve spent all my inheritance I’ll be free of this wretched bank. Whst a dreadful thing to say because dealing with them is painful

The worst bank I’ve experience in 45…

The worst bank I’ve experience in 45 years. After Brexit Barclays closed expats accounts, I opened this. Today ten failed payments to MY Revolut card in MY name. I called and was told the account was reset. Three more failed payments. I called and and am put through to some foreigner I can’t understand who can’t assist me! I need live in the USA on this card and this bank is making life impossible and miserable. Plenty of funds but they are clearly incompetent, I will be making a formal complaint

Overall a good experience except medical questions while important could be handled better and after one irritating call handler I asked to be transferred was left holding so long I called back which didn’t impress me. The price was hiked from one online which you can buy online but suddenly I was given a 20% discount so it was the same! Strange

Unfair outrageous behaviour from eBay

I sold a phone, o printed the label and put it in a locker taking a picture. The buyer was gassed paid late and despite all this eBay have refunded him because he stated the phone was left in an insecure area, apparently I will have to refund it from my funds. Well finally eBay I’m leaving. You clearly think it’s my fault that someone loves in a dodgy area and has the delivered phone stolen from an insecure joint hallway which he described. This is the last time you abuse me as a client from 2005
