Review of The Range
Order FOR A SOFA BED was taken efficiently & delivered within timelines. The essential assembly pack items were completely missing when unpacked. Tried contacting the branch (Stoke- on- Trent) & the phone CONTINUOUSLY RANG OUT & DISCONNECTED. I then resorted to online customer services & received an Email telling me an Agent would contact me! Iam STILL waiting to SPEAK TO A HUMAN VOICE. So far AFTER SALES SERVICE is VERY POOR!

Despite being assured work would commence on a certain date ADAM failed to turn up ,three phone calls & 3 different excuses Barn caught fire ,MOT was due on the van & he'd got sunstroke. When the work was completed the balance was paid and I was promised an itemised invoice with 15 year guarantee . 2.5 months & Many voice mail messages ( No one answers) I am STILL WAITING. SHOCKING aftersales customer. NOW it looks like he's ceased trading!
