Predatory contract terms / UX UI from the 1980s
Despite marketing itself as the UK's largest payroll provider, the company actually appears to be based in India? (all calls we have ever received were from there)
The interface is extremely outdated and clunky—feels like using software from the 1980s.
Watch out for the contract terms: there’s an auto-renewal clause that locks you in for another 12 months after cancellation. Always check the small print before you sign.
They impose a hefty £2,000 "fee" simply to export your own data. On 1st July 2025 said "...the downloads are charged at £2,000"
