Awful company

Awful company. They just dump the flowers in some box at a postoffice and you have to go and collect it. My mum at 85 years is unable to do this. So there is nothing she can do and they say a second delivery might happen at some point by which the flowers will probably be wilted!!!! Safe your money as you might as well go to the shop and buy flowers directly. At least you know you got them !!!!!! Less than 1* Extremely disappointed and EUR 30 less off.

Flowers were returned at full charge

I ordered a bouquet for my godmother, but the address had a typo. Unfortunately, I only noticed it after the delivery had been unsuccessful (I tracked the delivery online). The deliverer DHL told me that they would return the flowers to Bloomy Days on the same day, so I called Bloomy Days to ask them to send the flowers again after having received the returned item (obviously with me carrying the extra cost). They said, they generally don't do that and will throw away the (presumably still fresh) flowers. I was charged the full price (28€) for literal trash LOL

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This was by far the absolute worst experience I ever had ordering flowers online. Honestly it’s ridiculous and I am going to try and get all my money back. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday with a birthday card. The flowers looked nothing like they did in the picture. The bunch was about half the size and missing lilies (my mom’s favourite flower). There was no vase with it as was mentioned on my order and the most outrageous thing was the birthday card. I paid 3€ for a piece of white paper. They didn’t even try and include any other birthday card. It was literally a piece of shabby looking white paper. Plus to top it all off the flowers came a day late. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM! IT’S A SCAM!!!!

Never again

Never again. I placed an order for a delivery to Sweden, delivery next day. After I paid, Bloomydays system changed the delivery address with the invoice address. I saw that after I received the order confirmation and called 1 hour after the order was entered the hotline. I received an e-mail that no change and no cancellation is possible as the order had already been sent over to DHL. The delivery to myself was done after two days and my friend in Sweden got the invoice. I have placed a claim, and the only answer was that in the terms and conditions it is mentioned that the delivery can be on any other day and that only deliveries within Germany are possible. Weird that I could enter the order with delivery to Sweden and I got no hint from the system that this would not work. Be careful and you might rather order flowers over a web-site you know.

The delivery was really bad

The delivery was really bad. The flowers were delivered to a pickup store and left there without water for one day. The flowers didn’t recover. Don’t want to mention that the flowers were repacked in a not suitable package. Besides we didn’t get a refund. Can’t recommend it!

Terrible

Terrible! I ordered flowers for a friend of mine who had a baby. The flowers were to be delivered on a Saturday, but due to bad weather, the delivery was delayed almost a week. When my friend received them, they were (of course) dead and frozen! I sent Bloomy Days an email to request either a refund or replacement delivery, but they never replied. I followed up today, and received a generic reply that didn't even address my concern. I will never order from here again and will warn my friends about ordering here as well.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day .
Flowers never arrived got a message from them that they couldn’t reach customer and that the flowers will be destroyed now . I’m so sad my mum is 83 - not even an apology or anything
