Six months into using Cin7, I had a follow‑up meeting with their Solutions Architect, Jean LeMunyon. Jean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, quickly grasped our issues, and was refreshingly honest where no solution existed. We resolved two of our three problems and even picked up a new insight into stock management.

Very useful call to resolve some issues we were having understanding how some processes and features work. Informative, friendly and a great experience dealing with Jean all round.
Disappointed
We contacted Cin7 over a month ago to cancel our account. After calls with three salespeople, onboarding teams, and more, not once did anyone mention that cancellation had to be initiated via a button hidden in our account. As a result, we’ve now been charged another ~$1,000 for a product we never used, on top of the $2–3k we spent initially just to get set up. This lack of transparency in the cancellation process is unacceptable.
Beyond billing, the platform itself fell short of expectations. The B2B portal was not to the standards we required, the POS system felt isolated, and overall the software is starting to feel dated. While Cin7 does have extensive features, that breadth makes training your team a long and costly exercise. Modern systems with AI support and native API integrations (such as Shopify) have made platforms like Cin7 less essential and more of a legacy choice.
Today, clean and constant dataflows between software are paramount. We’ve moved to Shopify as our source of truth, with lightweight app connections that scale quickly, take days to set up instead of months, and ensure data is clean and useful without needing to hire a dozen experts in data analytics or inventory management. It’s possible now to run a truly lean company — Cin7 doesn’t enable that.
In short: Cin7 may suit companies willing to invest heavily in onboarding and ongoing management, but for us it was expensive, outdated, and ultimately the wrong fit.

Stay away from this company for sure!! I’ve never dealt with a company this unprofessional. I cancelled well in advance, yet they still charged me and refused to issue a refund. Instead of fixing their mistake, they hid behind “policy” and sent robotic excuses.

I have just migrated from Cin 7 to another software program. The system always crashes, the service is non existent, there is no development and they want to charge you top dollar for the experience. When I was researching new providers even a rep at Shopify and the IT company I used said they wouldn't recommend Cin7. Then when I wanted to stop my subscription they said I would have to pay an additional month!!!
You will regret using this company, they are all about big price increases and no additional features. There are so many better options out there.
Cin7 is an excellent, well-built software. It just needs to address the persistent slowness and crashes.

The Cin7 Omni Support Team are the Very best!
Support from Cin7 is always helpful and if a solution to an issue can't be immediately resolved they always follow up after taking the necessary time to find out a solution or work-around. It's not always a Cin7 issue but rather operator error or mis-understanding. The support team will take the time to explain and solve the issue. There are also numerous ways to contact support or contact if and when needed.
Horrible company STAY AWAY
Horrible customer service and experience. You need to schedule a meeting just to cancel your subscription plus wait 30 days so you have to pay for an additional month (very expensive). The meeting is clearly just a road block to stop you from cancelling and delaying your 30 day cancellation notice. Very unethical behavior and would never work with this company again.

Decent software
Decent software, but they continually increase prices with little to no notice — sometimes by as much as $100 per month — and expect customers to simply accept it since switching providers is difficult.
On top of that, they will go out of their way to avoid paying any referals.

We trusted CIN7 to help manage our business systems — but what we got was a barely usable platform, no support, and no accountability. We didn’t complete onboarding and never got value from the service, yet they’ve refused to refund us.
Repeated follow-ups have been met with silence. Be cautious if you’re a small business — once they have your payment, it seems support stops.
