Smooth booking, great prices!

I booked my flight through Hop2 for the first time and it honestly went super smooth. The website was easy to navigate, and I found some pretty good deals. Got my confirmation quickly and everything worked just fine at the airport. No complaints – I’ll definitely be using them again for my next trip!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. My flight has been canceled (by the Airline) I am trying to reach the customer service or the rebooking service. I tried to reach them in the following both numbers:

1-877-9600-103 (USA phone number)
1-888-898-8073 (USA phone number)

I was waiting on the line for 1 hour.
and all the time there phone call system in purpose drop the call after waiting on the line for 1 hour.

shame on them if this is the level of customer service that they are providing.

of course I sent twice email to

customercare (at) hop2.com

but got ZERO response by email.

Had a great experience booking tickets…

Had a great experience booking tickets through hop2.com.
Special call out to Kari from hop2 who patiently helped us find good deals on the tickets and also to synchronizes tickets so that our groups travels by the same flight on different itineraries.

Also helped us with getting seats next to each other and with adding custom requests like wheelchair assistance for some of the group.

Overall helped us with complex requirements we had and successfully got us booked
