Website is a disaster & Support is non existent.

Actual cover looks good enough though and the reviews are good. So that makes me ask why such a bad website?

In the normal course of events there is no way I would have bought from this website. The only reason I didn't renew with previous insurer is that they were operating dual pricing.

We'll see how Multitrip works out in 12 months time.

I was given a time frame for engineer arrival and he arrived on time that's a great start!

He checked all the sensors, offered some advice and was friendly.

I've been dealing with Action24 for about a year and anytime I contact them I find them incredibly obliging.

Would thoroughly recommend Action24.

Good to deal with an Irish firm rather than a giant entity in a retail park. Price was competitive and the guy who looked after me was hot!

Rail Ninja is a complete rip off. booked tickets from Prague to Vienna and Vienna to Budapest face value of tickets about 160 but paid Rail Ninja about twice that.

Avoid at all costs.

Replacement fob for car to be done at my location.

Turned out couldn't be done there and we had to go to the shop - thankfully it was close by, but end to end it took about an hour.

Aside from that good service and price.

Good value will be buying here regularly
