      • Added a sanity check for maximum distance to handle when the target teleports.
      • Added new visual effects to ability to indicate boundary range.

    • Fixed movement speed bonus from Overcharge not working correctly.
    • Fixed a chance to be stuck in the unit you Relocate with.
