We had a lot of unpleasant situations while living with Heimstaden, but the fact that the eviction went smoothly and he paid honestly after 2 months. Returned the deposit. Respect indeed. !

Unbelievable bad services. I sent 3 emails, no one answer. Called 2 times and they just promise, that someone will contact me with solution. I said that situation with fridge and cooking plate is urgent, no one cares. I wonder who will pay bills for electricity and I am not talking about that that I cannot cook, use fridge etc.
Not recomended for new tenants. Please run away

I sent an inquiry, a case worker wrote something back unclear and made the situation bad for me by changing things that I didn't request. And no further response from her! I could give her 0 stars if I could.

It's evident that the apartment I'm renting has a significant water leakage issue, which has occurred repeatedly in the past. Despite bringing this problem to the attention of the company, they have failed to address it adequately. Now, the issue has resurfaced and is worsening, affecting not only my living conditions but also posing potential risks.
Despite my attempts to communicate with the company about resolving the problem, my messages have been ignored, and no action has been taken to rectify the situation. As a result, I have experienced significant inconvenience and discomfort due to the ongoing water leakage.
In light of these circumstances, I have requested compensation or the opportunity to relocate to a different apartment within the company's properties that ensures safety and proper living conditions. However, my requests have been met with silence, indicating a lack of concern for tenant well-being and disregard for addressing legitimate grievances.
As a tenant, I am deeply disappointed by the company's inadequate response and lack of accountability in addressing this issue. I cannot recommend their services to others based on my experience

Expensive rent and not so good service. The common stairwell of the blocks of flats I live in have not been cleaned for 4 months now. This is despite of the fact that I requested it 3 times on their "service website" and called another 2 times. The only reason it is not a 1 star review is because if there is an issue with something within the flat, they take care of it within an acceptable timeframe. But I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
