A great company
My GoPlus watch was sent on a 14 day free trial. It arrived promptly, already set up and easy to use. The step counter and heart monitor are a bonus. When ordering I was able to speak to a person who was really helpful. I had said I preferred an elasticated strap and they fitted the trial watch with that strap. When I tried the fall alert tracker it needed a very hard fall, but as soon as I flagged this up they changed the sensitivity and it now works perfectly. For ease of use and helpful staff I would highly recommend my Help Alert watch.

I payed extra for the 7 day battery life, it only lasted 51 hours. Returned it, so far 2 weeks waiting for refund still not got my money back.

I am so impressed with HelpAlert. From the start, two years ago, the personal service (a real person at the end of the line/email!) has been helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and caring. They go above and beyond to help out. For example, the watch developed a problem just before we were relying on it when we were going away and HelpAlert organised a replacement, configured and ready to go, in double-quick time. I recommend the company highly.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! We're still on the 14 day trial - but my father in law feels far more confident wearing his pendant after a nasty fall (before I got it!). It's a great relief for him and for all his family!

Quick response and always unfailingly cheerful and friendly despite all my ‘calls’ so far having been in error - mostly due to dropping the monitor!
It was how things were handled that impressed me.
I had researched what I felt was a good option of the various systems available and decided on the HelpAlert Fall Watch product. It arrived quickly after completing detailed questionnaire about myself. On first use I realised a key function for me (heart rate monitor) was not showing. A quick call to customer services and the option was set up remotely without me needing to return the watch. Prior to this I had also received a call from the control room to remind me that they could see that the watch needed recharging. I now feel very comfortable that I have a good safe system that suits my needs. It was how things were handled that impressed me.

Excellent from the start. I used the first 2 weeks to try everything out and was so pleased I rang to tell them to take the annual amount and the set-up fee at once. Feeling far more confident when out alone, and my sons are so pleased as they live quite far away.

Frustrated!
Trying to purchase an alarm for an elderly parent - NOT A FREE FATHER'S DAY CARD.
I have absolutely no idea about how people have found the actual product and how good the service has been. However, there are pages and pages of reviews about how pleased people are to get a free card.
I am a potential customer and am not impressed.

So impressed with this company. I have a magic watch bought through them and can now contact help at the press of a button The watch is waterproof for wear in the shower, easy to use and pleasant to wear. The company supplied good instructions and like me to test call every month. When doing that you get to speak to such a friendly person very quickly. The watch also has a fall detection function.
If there were six star or ten star ratings they would get the tops from me.
