Dress arrived and did not conform to the measurements on their website. When requesting return instructions, I was asked to send photos of the dress on before they would issue a return address. This is against consumer rights and I would not recommend using this site. Measurements are inaccurate and returns are complicated.

I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit, so I tried to return it. I followed their instructions exactly, emailed support multiple times, and still got no response at all. It’s like their return process just doesn’t exist.
They advertise returns, but they completely ignore customers once you ask for help. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like they just take your money and disappear when there’s a problem. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

(11/17/25) I wrote a review here yesterday and only now received a response. Since I cannot reply to the comment left under my original review, I am creating this new one. I have emailed both SupportSunfere and OfficialsSunfere (I can't post the full email addresses via Trustpilot rules) multiple times, but have received no response. If your emails are going to spam, it is your responsibility to check that folder!! Customers do not care about an updated email system!
I will continue to write reviews here DAILY, until this matter is resolved. I have also started a dispute with PayPal. One way or another, I will get my money back. Rectify this purchase!!! I WANT A CASH REFUND. NOT STORE CREDIT.

I ordered a dress from sunfere to wear to a wedding but when it arrived it was too small for me. I did not have enough time to go through the exchange process to get the next size up so after reading the return policy and seeing that I could get a refund I decided to purchase the next size up as well so that I would have the dress in time for my event and just return the smaller one for a refund. At first my emails and face book messages were responded to, but once they discovered I wanted to return my item for a refund all email and Facebook communications (and I have sent ALOT) have been ignored and the company will not provide me with an address to be able to return my item to. So now I am stuck with a dress that does not fit me and I can not return - very disappointing, do not shop with these guys!

I never received my package and I am waiting for three weeks now. The company only provided a tracking and nothing shows on that tracking. I really regret ordering the items and this is also a warning for other people to not order from this website.

I’ve received a worn one with body odour, perfume and smoke smell. I left it in my closet overnight and it stunk my whole room to the point where my partner asking if anyone was there lol it also has small loose stitches.. however, I couldn’t return it because I read how customers struggle with returns and I didn’t have time to look for a replacement. I had to wash it myself.
The other problem was I ordered 3 jewellery items and received only 2.
I’m really disappointed and disgusted specially about the dress because I’m pretty sure the seller knew when they were packing.
