They are scammers

They are scammers. Joined them for 3 day trial for a £1, that took that out of my account and a further £25.99. Can’t find login in on the app so unable to login to my account to cancel subscription and request refund for the unauthorised payment they took. Stay away from this app.

Faulty freezer terrible customer service…

Update
Having spent 4 days contacting them via messenger, I called them first call tafter 25 mins they disconnected me, second call was much more helpful. Really pleasant lady sorted out my problem, Fio you are fab wish all the advisors I spoke to, worked like you.
Had a new freezer order and faulty one will go back once I’ve received the old one, so because of Fio help I’m changing my review to 5 stars.


Faulty freezer and the customer service isn’t working as their old customer service used to. Not sure if this has been outsourced to another country but they aren’t as helpful as they used to be. Freezer I received yest has broken drawer, contacted them for a replacement only to be told to return, order a new and get that redelivered. I explained that I ordered it at a discounted price and now it’s back to full price, I also asked what would happen to a freezer full of food whilst waiting for the new delivery, I have no other place to put hundreds of pounds worth of frozen food that is in this freezer. Very unhelpful, I’ve used very for over 20 years and this new customer service is terrible. Please source it back to who you had previously, they were much better at handling issues and orders.

So I’ve joined the natural deodorant…

So I’ve joined the natural deodorant wagon. I bought fussy and sadly I have to say I’m disappointed with it, it didn’t really keep me smelling fresh all day like the first brand I tried, and it run out after just 9 days of use with product still left in the bottom of the refill pack, you would need to scoop out with fingers to get use of all the deodorant Paid just under £25 for 3, that was on offer, so would need to spend this every month, whereas I was spending just £4 every 2-3 months, so this not cost affect as it’s triple what I would normally spend. The smells aren’t that great either, they are either citrus or coconut smells, I prefer nice floral (not rose or bergamot) or musk smells. This is the second natural deodorant brand I’ve tried, the one before kept me fresh all day, it was a cream so could use all the product and it lasted much longer. So fussy is not for me. Too expensive and ineffective. Sorry fussy.

We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with Fussy so far. Our refills last 6-8 weeks on average, so it sounds like something may have gone wrong if yours only lasted 9 days! We appreciate is a bit more expensive than a standard mass-produced deodorant, but using premium natural ingredients does cost more and our refills are £15 for 3, rather than £25. We also have a wide scent range, some of our floral scents include Jasmine Bloom, Lavender Fields and Wildflowers 🌸 We'd love to improve your experience, so have reached out for your info!

Great company, fast and efficient

I always make sure I have refund protection on tickets and this company is true to the word and refunded my tickets to an event we’ve been unable to attend due to family members ill health. They quickly communicated with all my requests and processed my refund swiftly, had my decision back in a couple of days of making a claim and just awaiting my refund. Great company

Order a BBQ 7th May - parts missing off it so cant use it, been trying to get hold of customer services for 4 weeks now and no one has responded to my emails or answer phone messages. Wish i had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

My experience wasn’t a great on but they did turn it around

Update: after a email and another call, the company cancelled the order and refunded my money.
Would give 4 stars but feel the company needs to be more honest with their customers.


I rang to cancel this my order 15 mins after i placed it, was told its not showing on the system and to call back in hours. They sent me an email under 2 hours later to say that its been dispatched. need to up your system to a better one to show the orders straight away and offer customers a call back when you cant provide a cancellation whilst they are on the phone.

Can’t no fault the service from Travis Perkins in Cwmdu Swansea. Whenever I go in there everyone is always happy and so helpful, I’m a complete novice dIY’er and they always give me sound advice or if they can’t help, they tell me places to go to get the specific help I need. All the guys are so lovely.

Had a toilet installed to find out that…

Had a toilet installed to find out that it was faulty & the toilet seat wouldn’t go down. Advised team that I wanted a refund not a replacement, no contact for 5 days and then a text to say redelivery happening, called them straight away to be told it will be cancelled and they will contact department to ask about the refund, heard nothing back delivery turned up. Very poor customer service I would stay well away from this company as they Dont listen to their customer, avoid contacting their customers and do what they want.

What has happened to Matalan

Well I’m not sure what has happened to Matalan the last few months but ordering online has become a nightmare. Advertising wrong items on the website, sending out wrong products, refunding incorrect amounts for items out of stock, very poor customer service responses. This used to be a British company, yet I’m always speaking to African people on the phone lines??!!! Very poor service from this company, used to really like this store now I’m rethinking of purchasing from them cause of all poor service they are providing.

Further to my review - Matalan CS representatives lie you their customers. I replied to their response to my review and they refunded an item incorrectly, part of it was refunded back to my account the rest of the amount they forgot to refund back, was refunded back to a gift card that was no longer in use!!!! Stay away from this company, never had such a bad experience with them until recently.

poor aftercare service - stay clear

Bought a monitor from samsung - I've only now had chance to set it up since April as I moved house and this was in placed in storage. Cant use the monitor as there were 2 screws missing out of the packaging that hold the monitor to the stand. Samsung wouldn't send out screws told me I had to purchase them myself. Stay well clear of this company, disgraceful service. Wont by anymore products from them I assure you.

Do not use this company!!! Very poor customer service and product

I’ve tried to cancel order within 10 mins of it being ordered, after reading the awful reviews about the product and the customer service, only to be told that it’s been processed and shipped, when their website states there is a delay in the shipping process!!! Doesn’t look like I will have an easy refund process, as stated on their website. Looks like I’ll be messed about with this £68 order. Do no use this company.

Not free returns be warned…

Won’t be ordering from peacocks again….charge you for returns for orders via PayPal so be warned!!! They also separated my one order into 4 separate bags so have to pay for 4 separate postage charges. This should not have happened, they should of sent this as one whole order. Not happy. That is over £12 I have to pay. You need to get PayPal refund sorted in your stores like other companies do or you won’t have any customers soon.

Anyone else with me on how bad the food quality is???

Had to write a review about how bad the quality of m&s food has gone. Used to buy mini bites and they must of changed they’re supplier because they are not of the same quality as they were before, the flat jacks are like cardboard & dry not juicy and soft like they used to be, ands the caramel crispy don’t even have chocolate covering the bottom any more….very poor quality. Also the chicken goujons are tasteless & dry, nearly choked on one and that with with a dip. Anyone else with me on how bad the quality is???

Wouldn’t not recommend them

Wouldn’t recommend these....they’ve made millions in this pandemic and they are holding my parcel because I owe the £1.30. Really £1.30 it’s costs more to send the emails then the invoices??!!!
I used to use them frequently (daily)....this is now stopping. Don’t give this multi million company anymore money.

Thought this was a good payment option…

Thought this was a good payment option at the time turns out it not. I thought it was monthly payments they take it’s not very well advertised when you take this option as a payment method, instead they take money off you every 2 weeks - not great when you have no money during this pandemic been stressing trying to find money to make the payments as I don’t like making late payments. Won’t be using clear pay again. Will be using a different company that takes payments off you monthly instead. Silly mistake on my behalf but this company needs to ensure at the time of payment, people are made aware of when the payments come out not have an email later.

Booked an appointment with the kitchen …

Booked an appointment with the kitchen planning department had to to wait 2 weeks for the appointment which went past the offer date. When I arrived I showed him a plan that another store had done just to get an idea of what I was looking for. During the 45 min appointment that’s all he did was fixate on the plan the other company did saying very negatives things constantly. I asked if he had never seen that plan - starting from complete scratch how would they design our kitchen and he half heartedly scribbled a little diagram on the back of a piece of paper then said this is what I can do - exact same layout as I already have with less storage space mmmm ok lets go with that??? 🤔 he didn’t put measurements on the diagram or do any kind of plan on the computer. He just turned around and said there’s always that one kitchen that you can’t do anything with????!!!!! Definitely a poor service from rhis company I would not recommend these people for planning or fitting a kit hen no wondering they have a law suit against them.
