Faulty freezer terrible customer service…

Having spent 4 days contacting them via messenger, I called them first call tafter 25 mins they disconnected me, second call was much more helpful. Really pleasant lady sorted out my problem, Fio you are fab wish all the advisors I spoke to, worked like you.
Had a new freezer order and faulty one will go back once I’ve received the old one, so because of Fio help I’m changing my review to 5 stars.
Faulty freezer and the customer service isn’t working as their old customer service used to. Not sure if this has been outsourced to another country but they aren’t as helpful as they used to be. Freezer I received yest has broken drawer, contacted them for a replacement only to be told to return, order a new and get that redelivered. I explained that I ordered it at a discounted price and now it’s back to full price, I also asked what would happen to a freezer full of food whilst waiting for the new delivery, I have no other place to put hundreds of pounds worth of frozen food that is in this freezer. Very unhelpful, I’ve used very for over 20 years and this new customer service is terrible. Please source it back to who you had previously, they were much better at handling issues and orders.
