Not responsibility if the package is not received
I purchased the product directly from Roborock’s official website. However, the company chose to use a third-party delivery service, Amazon, to ship my order. The delivery was marked as "completed" by Amazon, but I never received the package. I was at home at the time they allegedly delivered it, yet the parcel never arrived.
When I reached out to Roborock’s customer service to report the issue, they directed me to Amazon. However, Amazon’s policy states that when a seller (in this case, Roborock) requests delivery, it is the seller who holds all the delivery details. As a result, Amazon customer service had no information on my package, and I was left with no recourse.
I am now out €810 due to Roborock’s failure to take responsibility for the delivery. Today, I filed a formal claim with the Spanish police.
I strongly advise against purchasing from a company that refuses to take responsibility for the mistakes of its partners.
Not good for cat litter
The Roborock does an adequate job in most areas of my apartment; however it does not pick up the cat litter that is scattered on my floor. I mentioned this to the company, but they didn’t resolve it for me so I have a cordless vacuum for backup.
Roborock Qv s35
Bought a Roborock Qv s35. Big mistake.
Cleaning performance is not existent. Suction - well sucks. Goes around furniture by 20 cm and leaves nice streaks.
Cannot differentiate between floors to mop of rugs to vacuum. Just don’t buy it.
You get what you pay for - save your money for better machine
Vacuum damaged carpet
Vacuum damaged carpet. Attempted to return device but company was unresponsive, even though I bought the "Worry-Free Delivery Return Policy." Would never ever recommend buying directly from this company.
Terrible customer service
I ordered a vacuum during the Black friday sales and have still not received the item. The courier claimed they tried to deliver it on 3 different occassions but i was home and this didnt happen. After the first failed dekivery i contacted Roborock and UPS to advise them that the driver ia providing wrong information. Both of then didnt do anything to help and after a few days the parcel was sent back to Roborock. I have still not been refunded. They are extremely difficult to grt hold of- only provide support via email and it takes 1 week for them to reply. After waiting for 2 weeks , i finally received a reply , saying that they have been very busy and are still waiting for warehouse to confirm the item was sent back ( although the tracking clearly proves this) . I have asked for them to send it again but they have told me to purchase it through the webaite although it noe costs £100 more.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased in February this year and in October this machine and its “Lazer” malfunction.
Customer service is beyond awful, 6 weeks no communication and I just want a refund because arguing with idiots is a waste of time.
Do yourself a favour don’t by Roborock or Dream products because they are a joke!
Lousy product, worse customer service.
Vacuum started just quitting in place rather than returning itself to the dock to charge after about two years. Tried to work with customer service which advised a master reset. It didn’t work so then I had a vacuum that couldn’t get through a complete remap because the battery had diminished, and it wouldn’t return to dock to charge so I couldn’t get a new map made. Roborock said the product was discontinued so they couldn’t fix it, offered me a measly $20 off a newer model. I asked for $50 and they ghosted me. Lousy product, even more lousy customer service. They don’t stand behind their stuff.
Roborock Qrevo is EXCELLENT!
We purchased the Roborock Qrevo Edge Robot Vacuum 9 months ago. We love it. We have wood floors and LVP and 2400 sqft of space. We've only had 1 small issue with the mop attachment (not the mophead, the spinner, the velcro had gotten weak). I contacted roborock via email and I have the new part for free in 48 hours.
The customer service is 5star and fast. The quality of the performance is excellent. I have multiple programs for various areas of the house, including special vacuuming for wool rugs. This vacuum/mop unit is reliable, long-performing and easy to manage (fill tank/empty tank, replace vacuum bag). We like to check on our furbabies (video and voice) and get rewarded with head-tilts. The avoidance setting works great and I have areas 'off limits' and it works well (dog bed).
We are looking to purchase a second one for our upstairs. These units are expensive, yes, but after trying two other brands, Roborock has been far superior in reliability, customer support, and utility.
I ordered a ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV …
I ordered a ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV through an Australian retailer and ended up obtaining a significantly different machine from what I thought I ordered.
Roborock foolishly uses the same model number, ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV, for two different types of machines. The other variant has a refill and drainage system.
Roborock allows what they call grey importers to import into Australia this other variant of the ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV.
Ensure you have the right type of Roborock machine before buying one.
Item never received
Item never received, they advised me to cancel my chargeback for non delivery, as if!!!!!!

Awful customer support
Awful customer support. My vaccuum stopped working while it was under warranty. Roborock European support said they would help but after a while they stopped responding and pretended they did not exist. The company which is owned by Xiaomi and is a sister company to Dreame is a joke! Avoid both Dreame and Roborock
Roborock Denies Warranty Coverage on Defective Q8 Max+ — Blames “Liquid Infiltration” in a Mop Vacuum!
✔️ Complaint: I’m filing this report to warn other consumers about my terrible experience with Roborock and their Q8 Max+ vacuum/mop systems — and their blatant refusal to honor their own written warranty.
I purchased two brand-new Roborock Q8 Max+ units from Lowe’s on January 23, 2025, and March 25, 2025. Both were less than a year old when they failed — and both are still covered under Roborock’s one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
✔️ The Problem: Both units developed multiple issues within months:
🔸 Loud wheel squealing
🔸 Faulty mapping and navigation
🔸 Sensor errors
🔸 Weak suction
🔸 Auto-empty base failures
I reported these defects to Roborock in May 2025 and followed all instructions for troubleshooting.
After months of runaround, one unit completely failed in October 2025 due to a wheel malfunction. I sent it in under warranty — and that’s when the nightmare began.
✔️ Roborock’s “Warranty Denial” Excuse: Roborock’s inspection came back claiming “liquid infiltration” and “oil stains” as the cause of damage — which is absurd for a mop vacuum that is literally designed to use water.
They then tried to offer me a refurbished downgrade (a Q8 Max without the ‘+’ auto-empty base) — and to make it worse, the replacement would have no future warranty coverage. That’s completely unacceptable and violates their own warranty terms.
✔️ Violation of Roborock’s Own Warranty: Roborock’s own published Limited Warranty states that they will repair, replace, or refund a defective product within one year — using a new or refurbished unit of identical or equivalent functionality.
🔸 Offering a non-equivalent refurbished downgrade is not compliant.
🔸 Denying coverage for “liquid exposure” on a mop product is nonsensical and deceptive.
I used both units exactly as directed — only clean water, no chemicals, no misuse. Their excuse simply doesn’t hold up.
✔️ My Attempts to Resolve: I contacted Roborock repeatedly and even sent documentation, proof of purchase, serial numbers, and their own inspection report. They refused to replace the defective units with the same model or issue a refund. Their “solution” was to stick me with an inferior refurbished unit and no warranty.
I have now sent a Formal Notice of Intention for Arbitration (dated October 27, 2025) demanding that Roborock either:
🔸Send two brand-new Q8 Max+ units with a new one-year warranty, or
🔸Issue a full refund for both purchases.
They have NOT responded in good faith. They ignored me.
✔️ Why This Matters
🔸 Roborock’s denial tactics are not isolated. Other customers have reported the same experience online — denied warranty claims based on bogus “liquid damage” assessments for a mop vacuum.
🔸This could easily become a class action under the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §2301 et seq.), which protects consumers against deceptive warranty practices.
If Roborock keeps denying valid warranty claims, they could face legal exposure for:
🔸Breach of written warranty
🔸Misrepresentation of product functionality
🔸Unfair and deceptive business practices
✔️ Bottom Line: I bought two premium Roborock Q8 Max+ units less than a year ago, and both failed. Roborock has refused to honor their own warranty, blamed me for normal use, and tried to downgrade me to an inferior refurbished unit with no warranty.
⚠️ Consumers deserve to know that Roborock does NOT stand behind their products.
⚠️ If you’re considering buying one — think twice.
Ordered Saturday
Ordered Saturday
Said UPS collection for delivery Tuesday
Its still at warehouse. Now Wednesday so wouldn't bother ordering direct. Did reach out to CS but they weren't helpful. I'll do a charge back if not delivered within next couple of days
Roborock CS is awful
Roborock CS is awful. You have a problem and ask to speak with a supervisor and they tell you there is none. I asked if they report to someone and Joe, who hung up on me twice because I was asking him questions that were too hard to answer, he then said yes. I said that's who I'd like to speak with. Oh, they're not available. On top of that, you can't speak with anyone in the warranty department. Only communication with them is via email. I should have read all of the negative CS reviews and problems that plague their product. Barely into 3 months with a product that I thought I was upgrading from a Roomba (never a problem n 3 years) too and Roborock Qrevo S is broken down and can't make its way to the dock before it runs out of battery. It also won't rerun to the dock after telling it to. It says "returning to dock" on n the ap but it just keeps vacuuming. I would love to speak with some type of a supervisor of CS and the warranty department. I'm waiting to be contacted by the warranty department for a resolution. I'll be back to say how it went.
Beware …only 1 month warranty!!!!!!!!
Looks like there is a pattern developing from reading other reviews of Roborock products. My Q10 s5 was performing really well for around a month. I noticed a clattering noice at the rear of the vacuum. Turns out it was the rear mop plate. The noise continued for another week but then ‘Cliff error message’ started to kick in. This rendered the machine totally useless. I cleaned and scrubbed the sensors within an inch of their lives but, to no avail.
Customer service:
So, I informed Roborock Europe of the issues. They presented 3 request to try and solve the issue.
1/ place the machine on hard floor instead of carpet ——I don’t have carpets so not a problem.
2/ take a video of the machine shouting out it’s a error - check
3/ take picture of sensors - done
As I’ve only had the machine just over a month they stated
“ Normally the device can only be replaced when it's 1 month old. Considering your experience, we will apply for an exception to have it replaced “
Once I accept the replace Roborock haven’t replied to my further correspondence with them. So, I’m not really happy at this time with their customer service
If I’d of known ( which I agree is my fault) at the time of purchase that the warranty for a £350 vacuum robot is only a month, I would of touch it with a barge pole!
Hopefully theyll replace my item ( although I did ask for a full refund) and it performs better.
It’s a shame because the app and vacuum performed really well until broke just slightly over the 1 MONTH warranty.
I’ve looked at other brands (eufy 12 month warranty, karcher 12 month warranty)
It’s a shame but my disappointment is slowly but surely turning into rage !!!!
Fake delivery, no refund, now under police investigation
I bought a Roborock vacuum cleaner from what appeared to be their official UK website (uk.roborock.com) and paid more that £1,064 in Sept 2025. Everything seemed legitimate, confirmation emails and UPS tracking.
Then came a series of fake delivery attempts showing “nobody at home,” even though I was in all day and no delivery was ever made. Eventually, after weeks chasing them to let them know I never got an attemp delivery from UPS, I asked UPS directly to return the parcel to the sender, which they confirmed, and it went back to the same town it had originally been shipped from. That’s when I realised this was a scam.
Since then, Roborock has refused to refund me or provide a clear explanation. Their “UK support” emails only send generic replies.
I have reported this to the police, who are investigating the case as possible fraud. I strongly suspect this is not an isolated incident and that there’s a wider criminal operation behind these fake deliveries.
Please, avoid buying directly from this website or company. I wish I had read something like this before placing my order, it’s been stressful, expensive, and deeply disappointing.
This is a great machine I used…
This is a great machine I used dyson for years not now great
Rouge company. Don’t touch them
Ordered Robotic vacuum on 11.09.25. Heard nothing until i chased them on 16.09.25 saying they had delivered it to my address at 12.59 on 15.09.25. We were at home the whole time that day. Was told to speak to neighbours and look round garden to see it had been left there. Already did that but couldn’t find it. Courier company also showed it as delivered. Tried to speak to courier company who apparently a subsidiary of Amazon but they are uncontactable, even through Amazon UK. Over the space of 2 weeks I contacted them every day and was continually being fobbed off. As the company told Paypal the too closed the case as delivered.
This company is terrible and a complete fraud. Should have looked at their review history which show similar issues. Eventually after numerous complaints “as a goodwill issue” they finally gave me my money back.
Don’t buy from this company, not only are there similar issues to mine there are cases of faulty products with no support from Roborock.
