If I could give 0 stars I would. This site is nothing but a scam. They promise goods that they do not have and then hold your money hostage. They claim to have tried to make a refund on cancelled / undelivered orders but that a technical issue prevented it. They then instruct you to begin a recovery via your bank. Quite simply, this is a site that harvests cash and holds on to it to make profits on the interest. DO NOT USE!!
...and their response below is exactly the same as the email they send. There is no payment gateway technical issue that requires a chargeback. If they can pay after a chargeback request from the bank, they can pay without one.

I confirm that I have formally filed a criminal complaint with the Portuguese Public Security Police (PSP) against All Zone for this situation. This matter is now officially under police scrutiny. I am ready and willing to provide the complaint reference number to any authority, platform, or entity that requests it.
Let’s see how this company intends to get away with this. Even if I personally end up losing money to bureaucracy, lawyers, or legal procedures, one thing is guaranteed: All Zone will not walk away from this unscathed, and it certainly will not be laughing at the end.
This Site is a SCAM. After a Order and Payment i never receive my product. They were always in process to send . After 2 Weeks i cancel my order and i request my money back, After 1 Month and 1 Week same status with the money back ´(In process). This site is a scam to retain your money and profit with Fees off all customers that fall in low prices. They dont have the issues in Stock. Customers Help Desk is always answering same things without any solution. Do not buy anything here. Those guys do not know how to make business. Even you cancel your order because they delay delivery, they will not return money right away. I made an order on dec, 1st, cancelled in a week and as of today no money is back. I guess I need to go to police to claim for scam.

Never buy there, I ordered 2 articles, one was deliverd, they other should ben arrive at the same time, never received.
That was the most expensive.
I'm trying to contat then bu email.
No response from them.
I asked them where is the proof of delivery, who signed in my name, they don't know.
So I see in the reviews I'not the only client who have those problems. Everybody has an issue with them.

I purchased a Dyson Vacuum for €490 and paid online via the Allzone Website. The delivery date given at that time was approximately 10 days. The order confirmation email gave a completely different delivery date of at least 30 days which would result in a 2026 delivery date. As this was a Xmas gift this was clearly unacceptable. They do not answer the telephone and my only option was contact via email. My first email was ignored and my second resulted in a reply stating they did not have the unit in stock and furthermore did not have a delivery date! I was directed to cancel the order on their website, I have done this and await a refund.....Hmmm...accepting payment for goods out of stock is not at all acceptable and may well be against the law....
Also, the Allzone.es is blocked as a dangerous site by AVG and I had to switch off my Web protection to access the site. I informed Allzone of this, they ignored me.
I seriously suggest you go elsewhere to make a purchase.
A very bad experience and I now must await my refund before I can purchase elsewhere!

Ordered 24 oct, delivery 1st dec. Although item was on stock! Lots of lame excuses. Only when my creditcard company contacted them, the phone was ''suddenly' sent. Be CAREFUL, you may loose your money with them.

They kept my money and failed to deliver my order. I waited for two full months for the delivery, which never materialized. I then canceled the order. They subsequently claimed to have issued a refund, but the funds never reached my account. When I requested proof of the transaction (a receipt or transaction ID), their support shockingly stated: "This message is proof that we returned your money." This is completely unacceptable and appears to be an attempt at fraud. I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my own funds. Avoid this shop at all costs.

2 months and I still haven’t received my order!!!

All I ever get are automatic replies, and there is no real human contact with this website at all.
On top of that, this platform keeps flagging my reviews, but they are not doing anything to ship orders or refund customers.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Claim to send in two days, actually took 2 weeks. After a further 2 weeks their delivery company had not delivered.
Requested a refund, several days later they confirmed the goods had been returned to them and said our money would be returned in 14 to 30 days in line with their standard refund policy.
Now at day 40 and still no refund!!!
Update on 8 December...
A further 11 days have elapsed, no refund, no complaint form as I requested, and no further contact from the company.
This company is clearly a scam!!!

I would not recommend buying from this website. I was naive enough to purchase a discounted phone, and I waited more than two weeks for it to be shipped without any success. I eventually canceled the order to request a refund, and now I’ve been waiting for another month with no resolution. Beware.

DO NOT BUY AT THAT STORE! They are scammers. They do the same with almost every order; First, they make you wait a month, blaming the supplier, and then they delay refunding your money for weeks. I think this is their strategic and main practice. They don't sell goods; they use your cash, using the same scheme.
