ordered a phone from Allzone Spain last November 11 and until now, nothing has arrived. I later discovered that all their social media comment sections are turned off — which is a major red flag for any business claiming to offer good customer service.
This kind of online store behavior is unacceptable. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and proper support. I hope there’s a way for authorities to investigate and take action so businesses like this can be held responsible and, if needed, shut down.

I order a Samsung phone for 500€ on May 15th, it took them for months and emails and all they told me to do was have patients on every reply. I cancelled and asked for a refund 2 months ago and am still waiting, excuse and lie after lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have started procedures through a lawyer and just submitted all my emails to them. This was a present for my partner. They do not give a shit.

I bought a cell phone that was never sent and the curtomer service was terrible. Then, I only got my money back after file complains through my bank and the spanish´s customer office. I even had to threaten them with a burofax to pursuit legal accions, which I am still thinking.

Made an order 16th of September, it has not been delivered during 30 days.
After all the massages here i cancelled the order on 16th of October.
On 19th of October submitted charge back claim in my bank app.
4th of November bank chargeback has been approved and I received the money back.
The only thing that help is claim to the bank, they keep making promise and don't fulfill them. My cancellation was in pending status on AllZone till the day bank send money on my bank account.
So don't delay, submit chargeback claim. I didn't knew about such possibility until this situation.
Good luck all and don't buy anything from this seller.

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max on 23rd October that was in stock when I placed my order and it’s still showing in stock on their website even today! Yet these people took 6 days just to change the order status to “shipping in process,” and now, on November 5th, they still haven’t even handed it over to GLS.
What kind of nonsense is this? If the item is in stock, why on earth is it taking over a week to ship? Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I ordered a mobile phone from allzone.es on August 15th, but after weeks with no delivery or even an estimated shipping date, I decided to cancel the order on September 5th.
Since then, I have been waiting endlessly for my refund. Despite multiple messages and promises, nothing has been returned. I finally had to open a dispute with my bank (VISA) to try to recover my money.
After reading other reviews here, I see that many customers have experienced the same issue — delayed or missing deliveries and refunds that never arrive.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website. It appears to operate in a way that takes payments without fulfilling or refunding orders.

I ordered and paid for a phone, the delivery was supposed to be 48 hours, then it became 1 week! 10 days passed since the purchase and still nothing. I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund. Apparently someone needs to contact me within 2-4 days and then it will take a few more days for the refund.
Ridiculous! I will never buy anything from them ever again.
** 30 Nov 2025, over 6 weeks have passed since I paid and ordered the phone, now they are saying that my refund is processed and it will take 2 weeks to go into my account! When I paid them I’m sure they received the money quickly, I have contacted my card company and started a charge back too. So eventually I will get my money back one way or another.
I seriously believe that these people sell nothing. They take your money. They probably put it into a high rate interest account and try to hold onto your money for as long as possible!!**

I ordered around August 24 and today, November 1, I still haven’t received anything. After a month, the order was still “in preparation”, so I contacted support. They told me to cancel, which I did — but since then, I only get the same automated emails saying they’ll reply within 48 or 96 hours, and nobody ever does.
It’s ridiculous — they even include a smiling photo of a “support agent” in their emails as if it’s a joke. The worst part is that they have apps on Google Play, Apple Store, and even a YouTube and Instagram page, making them look legitimate. It’s a complete scam.

Bought an Iphone 16E on 18 sep. It was supposed to arrive after 3-6 days after, but more than 2 weeks with nothing received i cancelled my order. Now after a month and a half i still have not gotten my money back. Despite many many emails, calls etc. They promised me a refund after i filed a report with Guardia Civil, but still no refund have ever happened. This week i filed a fraud report with the consumer department here in Spain and on monday i will go to my bank and file a fraud complaint for them to reclaim my money. Do not, and i repeat - Do NOT buy from this page, its a scam. They don't have the products and will just keep your money. There are hundreds and hundreds of people in this situation. It's beyond my imagination how they are still allowed to stay open and run a "business" I am appalled this fraud company's behaviour.

I cannot warn against this company strongly enough. It does not deliver on the deadlines it stipulates. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them to try to send me my order and still nothing. I told them I was in dire need of the content of the order and, again, nothing. STAY CLEAR. I have read here that a complaint has been filed in the Portuguese justice system which I am seriously considering on doing.

Today I received an answer from allzone.es in Spanish which, being Portuguese, I am not obliged to know, but basically saying that they, the company, know that they don't comply with deadlines and if I do not like that, I can ask for a refund. This is unacceptable behaviour. You cannot entice consumers with prices and deadlines you cannot fulfil. It is a completely horrifying way to conduct business and it enfuriates costumers as is my and so many other cases.

They confirmed the cancellation and said I would receive my refund within 14 days. I filed a complaint with the OCU and initiated a judicial claim, yet weeks later, I am still waiting for ALLZONE to fulfill their legal obligation.
ALLZONE’s customer service communication is slow and evasive, refusing to provide clear answers or a refund within the legal timeframe. Their conduct has prevented me from purchasing the product elsewhere and caused the loss of valuable offers. I strongly advise future buyers to avoid this business until it complies with consumer protection and improves its reliability.
Edit: Recomiendo a cualquier persona afectada acudir directamente al procedimiento monitorio judicial. Es posible hacerlo online con certificado digital/DNI electrónico a través de la Sede Judicial Electrónica. El monitorio no requiere abogado para reclamaciones inferiores a 2.000 € y permite reclamar el doble del dinero pagado si la empresa incumple el plazo legal de devolución.
No te conformes sólo con el reembolso: la ley está de tu parte, reclama el doble y deja constancia judicial. ALLZONE no es fiable ni respeta los derechos del consumidor.

I bought a phone that they didnt have in stock. I requested a refund almost straight away. They make you go though a long process where they put your refund as Credit in your costumer account with 3% from them as a "gift". You must wait something like 14 days for them to then turn your crédit into your actual refund that goes back to your bank account. In total I waited a month and a half and I had to get my bank involved. Absolute scammers.

I place the order 524675881 for a smartphone, which never arrived. After three weeks of waiting and getting automatic responses from the customer support, I submitted the order cancellation. However, the refund was not issued within the time stated in the store's terms and conditions. Trying to get my money back now.
