I won’t order from this company again…

I won’t order from this company again as my shopping experience wasn’t good. I ordered a Regatta blue jacket which was on sale but it took well over 2 weeks to arrive and postage was expensive at €8.99. When I did get it I discovered that I had ordered my size 36 which is an 8 European size but for some reason with Tradeinn it was a 10 (normally as 10 is euro 38) BUT I did place the order so it was my own fault really. I decided to return the item as it was too big and had to pay quite expensive postage fee of €13.99 to return it. I wish I hadn’t shopped with them in the first place as it was an expensive lesson.

AYU are excellent

I have been using AYU for years and they are an amazing company to deal with. They have many beautiful products from makeup to skincare and tanning products…all of which are fantastic. I recently had a problem with my order and after contacting AYU by email my issue was sorted in a matter of hours. They are cruelty free, super luxurious and best of all great value for money. Xx

Great delivery company that we have used for years. They are consistently reliable and have really lovely drivers. If DPD say they’ll deliver something within a certain timeframe it will be done.

Great shopping experience BUT sort out your delivery service

I absolutely love shopping with Very BUT I will not be doing so anymore while they continue to use Fastway as their delivery service in my area. We are a family that shop online a lot and have A Post, DPD and other courier services calling to us on a daily basis without a problem. But Fastway are notoriously bad for saying a parcel has been delivered when it hasn’t, throwing parcels over walls or leaving them somewhere where we cannot find them. I then have to contact Very who have to go on the drama of contacting Fastway who, though normally I cannot contact them, contact me to say I signed for the delivery….which is amazing I may even be home at the time and the driver would have signed for it himself. Please Very can you use a different delivery service as this is an ongoing problem for years and I have informed you of this problem many times.

DID Electrical are brilliant

We went to DID Electrical in Turners Cross Cork to buy a set of Sony Headphones. We had tried two other electrical shops first but got the best service and price from DID Electrical. The gentleman who served us, his name was Callum, was so helpful and polite we would definitely go back again. As they were an expensive set of headphones and I was unsure about them I was delighted with the help and advice that Callum gave me so I bought them straight away and I’m delighted with them. He was so pleasant that even when I had trouble with my card he sorted everything straight away nothing was a bother to him.

Very are no longer great

I always loved and shopped with Very but lately their service is shocking. Their prices and range of products is still great but the biggest problem is their delivery… it’s beyond appalling. In my area Very use Fastway couriers for delivery and they either lose the order or have it their van for days on end always with the same mantra “to be delivered next working day” but said delivery never happens. I recently had to ring Very on 3 different occasions about the same missing part of my order. I then looked for a refund which I still have not received. I won’t shop with Very again especially when they continue to use Fastway as their delivery company. They were a great place to shop on line but there are better and more reliable place available now.

I love this shop and never leave without buying something. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful, nothing is a problem. They have a fantastic range of products from garden supplies to pet supplies and prices are good too.

Terrible service

Terrible service. My account was charged for a subscription that I did NOT purchase. When I contacted Revolut customer service they initially refunded me but later recharged me for a purchase I knew nothing about….they could not care less. No accountability and no protection against scammers.
EDIT*****Revolut put up this reply to make it look like they would help me….they did not. I went through the same waste of time this morning in an online chat with Revolut. Terrible customer support.

I bought a lovely Pandora ring for my…

I bought a lovely Pandora ring for my Daughter over a year ago. She lost the blue stone and was very upset so I contacted Pandora who informed me that there is a 2 year warranty with all Pandora products. I spoke to a lovely girl called Emily who sorted everything for me. She posted out a new ring and included a stamped addressed envelope so I could return the broken one. Everything was sorted in 2 days and my Daughter is delighted with herself. Emily is a great asset to Pandora as she is polite, efficient and really good at her job.

Poor customer service

I used to love Notino and I was a good customer but having dealt with them recently after receiving a damaged product I don’t shop with them that much anymore. Customer service is very important and while they did resolve my issue eventually they only did so as I gave them a bad review. The emailing back and forth and the “offer” from the customer service agent who I was dealing with was just ridiculous….she offered half a refund voucher as only half the product was damaged. I did get a refund but only after having to argue with them and then that was in the form of a voucher. One item in my order arrived broken so I should immediately been offered a refund or replacement, it’s as simple as that. I used the voucher on a point of principle but I won’t shop with Notino again.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I contacted Revolut to delete a person from my recipient list. I was told I would have to block them as the delete option is not available. I tried to do this but kept getting an error message so contacted Revolut customer service team. I was given various things to try and when none of these would work I was told to just give it some time. I did everything they told over a 24hr period but it would not work but they just kept repeating the same mantra. I’m just going to close the account as the customer service team is pure rubbish.

Very poor customer sevice

I was a really good customer and shopped for many years with Notino but my latest experience with them is a nightmare. I purchased some products from them one item being a lip and cheek product. The other items in the box were grand but this particular product was damaged when it arrived. I contacted Notino and was asked for proof of damage and other details all of which I provided. I was then asked for further photos which I promptly sent on. The item that was damaged cost me €7.30 and they offered me €3.00 by way of compensation. They did NOT offer to replace or refund the product which I’m entitled to…I’m also entitled to return the product and they will have to cover the cost of postage. Poor customer service shown to a good customer and I will not be accepting their miserly compensation. I also will not shop with them again and would advise anyone to steer clear of Notino.

Not sure if customer service department…

Not sure if customer service department is as good as it used be...
I love AYU products including their new cleansing balm and l've been a customer of theirs from the very beginning when Suzie launched her first product which was a concealer...I still use it as it is a great product.
I always found their customer service department excellent too but not this time I'm afraid. I purchased their new cleansing balm for my daughter and she was really looking forward to the free gifts, part of their launch promotion that came with it (I also ordered it for myself and loved the free
cloth/headband/towel promotion) but when it arrived there were no free gifts. She was so disappointed that I contacted AYU a couple of times but got no reply. I find this worrying as I always thought their customer service department was excellent and told who ever would listen about AYU but I’m worried that the bigger they get the less their oldest customers might mean to them...I'm hoping my emails just slipped through the net. No response really is not good enough considering the amount of orders I have placed with AYU over the past number of years. That being said the new cleansing balm is lovely, expensive but lovely and a little goes a long way.

PayPal deserve ZERO stars

If I could give no stars I would. They are beyond appalling. I paid for an item that was faulty when it arrived so I started the process of returning the item. PayPal told me to contact the seller myself first and show them my attempts at sorting the issue before they get involved. The product arrived on 19th December, it was a Christmas present, so it was opened the 25th and within a few days it stopped working. I contacted the seller as advised by PayPal and when I couldn't resolve the issue myself by 19th January I contacted PayPal again. They asked for emails and details about how I tried to resolve the issue and when I gave them these they came to the decision that they would not fight the issue for me as it was beyond the 30 day "buyer protection" policy....even though I sent back the item on 7th January...well within the 30 day policy. What else in this case could I have done!!! It's so infuriating that I did everything the way I was told to but they still denied my case. I have been a customer of PayPal for many years and liked the security of knowing that if I ever needed PayPal they would be there for me. I do a lot of online shopping and have only needed to contact them twice in all that time. This is only my second time looking to them for help and they cannot or will not do so. When I rang to explain my case they would not listen and could not care less. I will never use PayPal again and I will tell anyone that will listen to avoid this company as they will not help you...I'm not surprised they have a 1.3 star rating...they actually deserve less.

No communication

Very nice pieces but the lack of communication when an order is late or missing is just not good enough. I placed 2 orders, one arrived in good time but one item was damaged so they said they’d send out a replacement. They did this but I got no information about it and I had to do all the chasing for updates. The second order just did not arrive and when I contacted Dylan Oaks they got the orders mixed up and were trying to tell me I received it. When I emailed that I was not happy about this I got no reply…just pure silence. I finally received both my orders but not the replacement hoops as promised and at this stage I just couldn’t be bothered contacting them again Every time I messaged them I was asked to rate how the agent had dealt with my query which was so annoying when my concerns were not even addressed. I won’t order from them again as it’s just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other good costume jewellery shops around with lovely products like Crystal & Co or Mettle & Bloom that are way easier to deal with.

Beautiful dresses

I ordered some dresses from Nicola Ross for a glitzy party. Unfortunately I have to return 4 of them as they’re too big. I was disappointed to see that my size was no longer available but I have the option to be notified when they’re back in stock. They were all beautiful and the one I kept is gorgeous and a perfect fit. I will definitely order the other ones I liked when my size becomes available again. Their website is easy and the delivery was quick enough, I ordered them on the 4th January and received them on 11th January which was good considering all the snow we had. Hopefully my return and refund will be as easy. Too marks for Nicola Ross . Xx

DPD are an excellent delivery company

DPD are an excellent delivery company particularly Daniel who delivers in the Kinsale area. He is prompt, efficient and very polite. He is always on time and informative if I’m trying to track a parcel. DPD are great for both sending and receiving orders. My only complaint is that there are not enough drop off points in the Kinsale and surrounding areas.

Really Impressive

I placed an order 10 days before Christmas and really thought it would be after Christmas before I got it. It was a last minute gift so I was worried. It didn’t dispatch until a couple of days later but once it was dispatched I got it almost overnight. Delivery was so quick, the products arrived beautifully presented in gift boxes and looked far more expensive than they actually were. I will definitely shop with them again, in fact, I’ve started next years shopping in the great sale they currently have on.
