I ordered a pair of gloves which was too small. So I have returned the item. But still haven’t received a refund. Can’t contact the company directly. Have been fobbed off with generic emails. Still no refund. Not sure what I can do to try and get my £150 pounds back…… bit lost.
I suppose that will teach me a lesson.

I am really fed up and disappointed! My last order (65474012) with Tradeinn (DiveInn) was for over €4000. Prior to dispatch I decided to cancel a couple of items from my order. I contacted Tradeinn and asked when the refund would come through. I was told when the order was dispatched, the items I had cancelled would be refunded within 2-4 days. This never happened. After multiple messages with chat bots that achieve nothing and emails that have been completely ignored, I still have no refund! In addition to this, one of the items I ordered had a fault. The process of sending photos and then a video describing the fault, prior to even getting a return label is quite frankly ridiculous. It has taken many days already and Lord knows when I will finally get a replacement unit or a refund! It is impossible to speak to anyone, there is no phone number available on the website and as mentioned previously the chat bots achieves nothing, providing ridiculous answers to even simple messages. Email is a waste of time, they seem to get ignored. It is a shame to have to write this review as my previous order experiences were fine. I still have two orders outstanding- I hope there will be no issues with those orders, but unfortunately based on the experience documented above, it is unlikely I will be placing any further orders. Be warned, if your purchase is straightforward you will be fine, but if you need any form of customer service you could end up being very frustrated like me!

I have the same cap in beige, which fits perfectly, as they could see on the photos send to them and which are available for expertise. I'm very happy with it and wanted another one in a different color. I'm still one of the old breed: satisfied with something, then stick to it. There's also a photo of the matching size label for the beige one. The blue one I ordered doesn't fit and is much too small, even though it bears the the same size label. Perhaps a production error or whatsoever. Therefore, logically, they have initiated the return process following their notification of their problem as follows :” Through your email dated 27/01/2026 we understand that you confirm that there is a problem with your order 65664626 – Gant 890018 Gant Pet Bleu l-XL “ But they are proposing to charge a fee for a return resulting from their problem? We don't understand the logic behind this at all. In addition, they state that I benefit from a special rate of €7.99 through them, although they send the product themselves for €3.99. We can only conclude that they certainly appear to possess a rather morbidly self-deprecating sense of humor. Or perhaps they find it commercially sound to profit from the misery they cause their own clients.In addition, it was reported, with evidence, that an incorrect item was delivered, which is fully in line with their return procedure conditions for a free return.
It is now the 07/02/2026 , several days and reports later and we still did not receive the required free return label. So we do not agree with this and we hereby confirm this to inform other potential future victims of this failure in Tradeinns procedures. We are still looking forward for a positive solution to the Tradeinn problem.

This is one of the worst after-sales experiences I have ever had. I returned the product on 11/12/2025, paying €20 out of my own pocket for the return, and to this day the refund has still not been completed.
Customer support has been completely unhelpful, providing copy-paste responses with no accountability, no clear explanation, and no timeline. Weeks/months pass and nothing happens. Keeping a customer’s money for such a long period of time is unacceptable and feels highly unprofessional.
Tradeinn may be fine when everything goes smoothly, but the moment there is an issue, you are on your own. Delaying refunds after a confirmed return is simply not acceptable, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company

damaged and incomplete delivery
The shipment arrived approximately two months late and was left outside without signature while I was on vacation.
The parcel was damaged and 1 kg of coffee was missing.
This was officially confirmed by the transport company (Geopost Content Check).
Despite clear documentation and repeated contact, customer service continuously redirected me to internal processes without providing a concrete solution.
The handling of this case has been extremely disappointing.

It just gets worse. I ordered items that were allegedly available, delivery in about two weeks. Delivery time passed and nothing, the website informed me delivery would now be another two weeks so I cancelled. A refund has been authorised for £30 less than I paid.
No explanation, no possibility to question it, just scammed me out of £30.
Pay a little extra and get an honest service, avoid this shambolic outfit as if it were the plague.

Up until now, the only issues I’ve had with tradeinn has been their postage, however in December I brought a pair of climbing shoes as a Xmas present for my partner. Unfortunately I had to return them as they didn’t fit. Not only do they not provide digital return labels, but they also charged almost £14 for the return label which I had to print. The shoes were returned on the beginning of January & were marked as delivered on the 5th January. Still no refund was made. Over the past month I had sent several emails requesting the refund & providing the proof of delivery including tracking number (which they had access to themselves as the label was created by them). The response I got on every occasion was the same- denying that the item was delivered (despite the proof) and refusal to provide any sort of refund. In the end, I had to open up a dispute against them in order to get my refund, which has now been given. Customer service is pretty much none existent

I have mixed feelings about my experience with TradeInn.
On the positive side, the price was very competitive, the product quality was good, and the item was dispatched immediately after purchase. Credit where it’s due, the ordering and dispatch side of things worked well.
However, the overall experience was let down by customer support and delivery. There is no telephone number to contact if an issue arises, which is frustrating when dealing with delays. Email and social media responses were very slow, making it difficult to get clear answers.
The choice of courier was also a major downside. The item was given a scheduled delivery date but was not delivered until over a week later, which is disappointing and unreliable.
Overall, TradeInn does some things well, but improvements in customer communication and courier selection would make a big difference. With better support and delivery partners, this could easily be a higher-rated experience.

I ordered on December 27, 2025. It is now February 2026. My package has been stuck/lost since January 8th. I have contacted support three times. They are refusing to refund me, telling me to contact the courier (MRW) myself. This is illegal. As the merchant, YOU are responsible for delivery, not the customer. You are currently holding my money illegally. I have requested a refund via email and have been ignored or given automated replies. Order #65171909. Refund me immediately or I am reporting this breach of consumer rights to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

This company is based in Spain so be aware if you are in the UK. My return label from Tradeinn was for a UK address which has been confirmed that it reached on 16th January but they wont refund me until it reaches Spain so im unsure who is responsible for getting it there. Ive reached out to the company and told on numerous occasions that its not there yet and no refund until they have the item. Ive asked what happens to my refund if the package gets lost on its way to Spain also on numerous occasions but that question is ignored. They say on replies on here that they are sorry and will look into things but they dont. In my opinion the refund should have been issued when it reached the destination it was sent to in the UK which was received 3 weeks ago. I fear the return has been lost and they will somehow hold me responsible and not refund or the return has been or still is sitting in the UK depo. I totally understand that things can take a bit longer to get to other countries but the order reached me within a fee days of ordering so something is definitely off!! Do not part with your money unless you are sure you do need to return an item. Very poor customer service 👎👎👎👎👎

I have already provided you with the Information as this was requested previously on an identical reply to my review and nothing has been other than telling me the return has nit been received. Its like the same automated responses are used. Its now 9th February and my return was received in the UK warehouse on 16th January and im also still receiving the same automated emails. No reply to my question about what happens to my refund if the package doesn't reach Spain thats still being ignored!

Without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had with a company.
I placed my order on the 8th of January. It’s now the 6th of February.
I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions only to be repeatedly sent the tracking number.
I have got now reason as to why it’s taken this long.
When the order did “arrive” which it didn’t, I rang the delivery company they used (GLS) they told that they know or care and to contact the supplier in 3 days.
I have done that and Trade Inn are been very conveniently slow to respond for a week.
I had to get my financial institution involved to get them to sort it out.
I cannot even begin to to say how bad both ( GLS) companies are.
100% never will be using and recommending both companies.

Purchased a pool cleaner for $293 and when the UPS delivery arrived I was told I needed to pay $150 in duties . Refused delivery as never would purchase the item with this added cost which was never communicated anywhere on website or invoice. Scam organization!

Absolutely terrible. I sent a very expensive order back for a refund before Christmas . Over 7 weeks and still no refund. Status says "with courier in transit" but they refuse to follow up or assist me in anyway. Avoid. They are a scam

They are slightly cheaper than competitors but it takes ages to arrive. Additionally, I had to return the product and then the return also takes ages te arrive back. And then the refund takes even longer because they seem to be behind with processing refunds. Feb 5th they only processed refunds until 21-01. I Would definitely not go back here to save a few euro’s

I ordered from TradeInn on 12 November 2025 and returned the item on 25 November 2025. I have proof that the return was delivered to their returns department two days later.
Nearly two months later, I am still waiting for my refund. On 25/01/2026, I was told by customer service that a refund of £111.99 had “just been issued” and that I would receive the money within the next few days. To date, no refund has been received.
Customer service throughout this process has been extremely poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Terrible experience!
I waited over a week for my order. When it finally arrived, the size didn’t fit, so I had to return it. Now, after more than 3 weeks of waiting, they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks for my money!
What a worthless, poorly organized, and unreliable crappy company. Absolutely do NOT recommend. It’s unbelievable how badly they treat their customers.

I ordered some shoes that were too big. I sent these back to TradeInn and they were delivered back almost one month ago. TradeInn claim they have not been received, despite proof of sending and delivery from Royal Mail.
Customer service is almost non existent, often just automated messages.
