Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service.
Tradeinn allows you to place and pay for an order even when items are not actually in stock. You only find out later that some products are “not available.”
I ordered fishing lures and paid for the full order. In the end, two lures were not shipped because they were supposedly unavailable, but the problem is that I had already paid for them.
For the past two weeks, I have been trying to get a clear answer or a refund for items I never received. Customer support is extremely confusing — it is hard to understand where or how to contact them, and so far I have received no clear information and no refund.
Taking payment for unavailable items and then failing to refund customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from Tradeinn unless you want to risk losing your money.

I purchased a pair of Salomon trainers from this company and unfortunately they had a slight default.
With just a couple of very straightforward emails between us the product was fully refunded.
Amazing customer care and have now purchased a new pair which have been delivered when stated.

There will probably a response from Tradeinn below my comment,
same behavior as with all my support emails: just a generic response without any details,
claiming my order is being delivered (we're talking about over a month delay, yes?)
Tracking number leads to a carrier page, claiming this package is not found...
I cannot really understand what is going on with this company, as it had a facade of a legit company, but it seems to be a scam.

Awful returns - 4 weeks and still not received refund, it wasn’t clear the item was being shipped from Europe and has to clear customs twice. Ridiculously long process and wouldn’t order again from them

I bought a Reebok tshirt and it is size is weird. I want to return it, both the page where I need to ask for return label does not work. Also return cost starts from 7,99 EUR. The actual shipment cost was 4,99EUR. It is close to a scam!

My order, 65285273, was promised for delivery on the 8th January 2026.
The order was passed to Mondial Relay for delivery. I tracked the order and it arrived in Alicante on the 8th January. The system indicated it never moved onward to me. I contacted Mondial numerous times and, in the end, they told me to contact Tradeinn.
After completing your feed back form countless times I only received the same standard response that you were investigating and contacting the delivery company for information.
A number of times I asked for a refund but my request has been ignored or delined.
Then, on the 29th January I received a message that the order was delivered. At the time I was 450KM away in Madrid. I had received no communication at all with regards to the impending delivery. If I had I could have contacted a friend to receive the order on my behalf.
As there had been significant communication with regards to this matter, I find it unbelievable there was no advanced notification of delivery.
As soon as I returned home I began searching for my parcel. Despite the fact there are neighbours and two businesses below my apartment, all of whom know me and have taken deliveries for me, my order has not be found.
I was advised I could establish who signed and where the order was delivered by using the link provided but the link did not work. Since then there has been no progress and, once again, I am told repeatedly you are investigating.
The situation is outrageous and shambolic, and through all of this I never spoken to anyone in the Tradeinn organisation.

Absolutely terrible return service, trainers were returned 27th December, it's now February and we're still waiting for the refund. When I email for an update all I get is a bot response.
The package will be returned to the sender.

I ordered a pair of black Chervo trousers in size 12 but they are too small and I needed to return them and in spite of emails that I sent to them, I received no response and I am still waiting to sort it out by receiving a return address!

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at TradeInn. The delivery time was unacceptably long — nearly two weeks. Even worse was the return process: the return shipment alone took over a month, followed by an extremely long processing time before anything was resolved.
On top of that, the customer has to pay for the return shipping, despite the excessive delays and poor service. This is not customer-friendly and does not meet reasonable service expectations.
Ordering from TradeInn again? No, thank you.

The delivery estimate was between 15th & 20th January, needed the item bfore our holiday on the 25th January, on the 17th January I asked if it would still be delivered on time, assured it would, the item arrived on the 28th January, when I asked to return I then had to pay £11.99 for the privilege, tried to contact customer service to query this but got nowhere.

TRADEINN are scammers!
Never received my order. It was returned to Tradeinn due the customs. They are stalling my money return more than 30 days. Always sending me generic and false emails. it has been 43 days since they know that goods are returned to them.
Even after my negative review on Tustpilot Tradeinn is still using their stalling tactic sayin they will not refund me because package still can reach me. It was more that 45 days since delivery company started rerurn of the package!

On November 4, 2025, I ordered goods worth USD 469.68 from this store. Order number 63328726. From November 13, 2025, the shipment cannot be tracked. The package did not arrive, I did not receive it! Since then, I have contacted customer support many times. I sincerely do not understand how the commercial relationship between the carrier and the store affects the return of my money. It has now been more than three months, and there is almost no hope of getting my money back. The store simply ignores my letters. That is why I am writing here, perhaps this information will be useful to someone.

Failure to issue refund.
Company received my order back ( order number 64343683 as the item was too large.
What should have been a simple refund transaction has been two months of failures. Constant emails telling me I’ve been refunded even though this is untrue.
I must have emailed 20 times +

My order number is 63789094. I returned a Garmin Edge 1040 for around €400 and a speed sensor for €50, and you only refunded me €50.
Your support team has been unable to help me with this issue over the past five weeks. I will definitely report how the process progressed on all platforms, including Google Maps, Trustpilot, etc.

I made an order that cost 1360 euros I recieved boots that are too small and I want to return them and I am trying to ask customer service how can I return them meaning they say if I am from Greece to use spring courier ehich they don’t have a physical office or drop off point and I have been sending them multiple emails regarding instructions and they don’t respond and when they will they don’t even read my email and they respond with a copy paste script telling me that I have recieved the item yeah genius I know I have received the item but I didn’t ask you that these customer support agents are actually so trash especially this Marius guy must be fired immediately he doesn’t read emails he copy pastes irrelevant information just to respond my order number is 65264250 when I go to their website to make a return form it asks me to pay 21 euros for 2 items and when I add another item that is 300 grams the price goes to 28 euros thats a scam when I can use my own carrier for less and these guys won’t help me won’t respond to me actual trash agents

My experience: The company only cares until you press the pay button.. After that is a nightmare.
I´ve purchase an item of over 1100 euros (payed immediately) and an extra for a delivery service within 2 days.
Two weeks after, several messages, contacts with costumer service, and i have no item no money and all the messages that i have from the company are the predefined ones with no exact response from them.
Hope this helps them to change, but for now in my opinion, just stay away if you can.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service for anything. Their AI chat bot is probably the worst one I've encountered to date, which is saying something... I JUST WANT TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS.

Absolute scam, be careful! Order never received. I provided official carrier proof of non-delivery, but they still refuse to refund. They forced me to do their job, then ignored me with automated "under review" emails for 2 months. They keep your money and never deliver. Avoid at all cost!
